I arrived at Bernardi Honda Natick because the air conditioner was not cooling well. After a few hours they sent me a video with the supposed defect, by the end of the day they fixed the problem. Up to this point everything was going well. When I received the car, I noticed that the passenger seat was dirty. I showed the the service advisor the problem, he spoke to the manager and they told me to go and clean the seat the next day. The next day my colleague noticed that something was showing under the car. It turned out that during the repair they did not put all the hardware on the covers under the car. I showed the pictures to the service advisor, but after consulting with the technician, he said they didn't remove the covers. The video the service sent me shows them removing a cover to get to the AC compressor. They cleaned the front seat and I left upset. I have now ordered hardware and a friend and I will fasten the covers well under the car.

I suffered a total loss and I needed to buy a car within 10 days- I went to Bernardi honda because it was my closest option. All of the staff were lovely and very pleasant. I worked with Bob McGrath and he went above and beyond for me. Bob is patient, empathetic, and personable. Bob listened to everything I said and found me the perfect car for me (a 25 year old living in Boston). He always made time to chat with me- even if I showed up just to browse cars, he made sure to come chat with me. He constantly checked in on me and really broke everything down step by step. When I had issues with my insurance, Bob went out of his way and did everything in his power to speed up any delays and make sure I was covered. I HIGHLY recommend going to Bernardi Honda and working with Bob.

Brought my mom's car in for an oil change, I'm still waiting here almost 2 hours later for something that takes 10 minutes. This is worse than the doctors office!

I have been going to Bernardi Honda in Natick for years. In particular, I wanted to highlight my recent experience with Michael Najdi. He is a fantastic service advisor! He was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He did not push for services that I did not need and made sure my vehicle was ready when I needed it. Staff like him are why I will continue to go to Bernardi Honda in Natick!

I bought a Jeep from Bernardi a week and a half ago from Julio. I was told at the time I purchased the car that it would take a maximum of 72 hours for my car to be ready (& that it would be delivered to me). Not only has it been much longer than 72 hours, I was told that I now will need to pick up the car. Ok, not a huge deal.My issue is that not a single person has reached out to me with an update of when my car will be ready. The second I gave them my money, they seemed to have lost my phone number. My lease has been turned in and I haven't had a car for over a week because of this. Terrible customer service from Julio and Jessie (manager), and terrible experience overall. I would rather walk everywhere than have to buy a car from this disgusting, sleazy dealership again :)

Zero respect for customers. I made an appointment for 8:30 to have the oil changed on my car. They quoted me a price for the service $25 higher than their advertised price, but I know to always ask for coupons based on past experience, so I figured I'd give it a shot. They took my car at 8:30 and parked it in the lot. At 9 my car was still parked. At 9:30 my car was still parked, but I was told that I was the "next car" they were taking in. At 10 I told them to give me my car back. The service rep went to talk to the service manager. The service manager got up and walked away from the room. Great customer service and great respect for other people's time. I get that they could care less about a cheap oil change, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I bought a car from this dealership, and i won't make that mistake again.

My car was stolen less than a week after buying it. I was devastated and turned to where I had bought it. Aside from looking for a new car, they made it very clear there was nothing they could do to help me and that our transaction was done. It was found smashed and I wanted to bring it there to be fixed and that was the response. Absolutely no suggestion of what they might do to help. I went to the dealer in person, instead of just on line, to get personal feel and suggestions, there were none. It was pretty shocking tbh, to have not one suggestion or help making a big decision aside from providing keys to the cars I picked out to test drive.

Great service experience. Brought my dad's Accord in, and Corbin, Mike Forget, and Mike Najdi were so helpful. Really appreciate how quickly they were able to get us in and out with updates all along the way. 5-star customer service!

Michael Najdi Bernardi’s service advisor could not have been any more helpful. Thorough, explained everything and truly felt as though he genuinely cared. Eddie the fix it guy took care of the work needed and they came in under budget. Hate going to get car repairs done, but these two made a difference! Thank you!!!

I recently bought a new car at Bernardi Honda, and Julio Ruiz was my salesman. He had a nice, professional manner, answered all my questions, ensured that I understood some of the details in the buying process, and took the time to show me features of my new car. Julio was trustworthy and demonstrated such a kind manner. If you are thinking of buying or leasing, ask for Julio Ruiz.

One of the worst dealerships ever! I made an appointment to see a Honda Civic, told I would be the first one to see it, on the same day, drove over an hour to get there, and when I got there it was already sold! No notification/email/call from them at all to tell me it was already sold. NOTHING! Literally wasted a whole Sunday, and the funny part is literally 2 minutes after I left the dealership, the same sales guy who told me it was sold, emailed me saying this "I am reaching out to you to introduce myself and see if you would like to come in and take a test drive? Because of the market, cars are moving fast and I would encourage you to come and look at this car as soon as possible. When you come in I will show all the features and benefits of the vehicle." Like hello dude, I was literally just there 2 seconds ago and you personally told me it was sold and I left? So disorganized for a business and would not recommend going here!

The personnel was extremely cordial and helpful in the service department.They tried the hardest to keep you informed and at ease. Very professional all around. I had an unfortunate issue with my previous Honda vehicle and was in need of a replacement car unexpectedly. Although it was a disappointing and frustrating situation — I wanted to acknowledge excellent communication and service from both Michael Najdi in service as well as my salesman Jack Yan. I appreciate both of their efforts to get me back on the road in a new Honda. They are both assets to this dealership and I highly recommend.
