This is only a review regarding their parts department. I put an order through the website and received an email which states "Your Acura parts can not be ordered via a Honda website." LOL Ok, you are both Honda and Acura parts dealer, no? Then they say "ohh the part is discontinued and out of stock." in another email. I'm pretty sure it's more like oops we made a mistake listing the part for cost and we don't want to complete the order. Why do I say this.? I called 2 other dealers and both of them said the parts can arrive the next day. So I gave my money to them instead and paid more. Could have just called me and offered to recreate the order, with an agreed price since it was a mistake. Don't deal with liars...And one week later the parts arrived from another dealer who can do their job. And yes that says American Honda Parts Dept inspection, not Acura lol

these people double charge you shipping for “a refused package” that was returned. convoluted return policy, stay away from these scammers. lots of parts manufacturers online to shop from, stay away from bernardi auto parts.

I have purchased several items online from this vendor, and have been very satisfied. Parts all fit and were as described. Good communication - they even emailed to confirm the parts and fit for the specific vehicle before charging and shipping. Shipping was fast. Good customer service as well.

I've been using Bernadi Parts to get parts for my Civic for 2 years. Overall, I have pretty good experiences with them. For the price, they may not be the cheapest in the market, however, because I live in California, so I don't have to pay sales tax. It saves me 10.75% of the original price, so the price is comparable to the cheapest local dealerships in the Bay areas. Moreover, they offer 75$ free shipping, which is a very great deal. I have no problems with my parts so far. They packaged my parts very well and securely. Some of the reviews complained about they don't split the orders. In my opinion, to have profits, businesses need to save shipping fees to attract customers, this is totally understandable. I have a really good conversations with the Customer Service team, specifically Mr.Nathan Wong and the management team Allison when my order has problems with backordered parts. Recent months, I have to wait more for national backordered parts with no ETA (for 3 weeks) but I still decide to wait because I'm not in hurry. One thing I don't like is their use of Fedex Home Delivery for Standard Ground Shipping. In my opinion, it take longer for them to be delivered, many late deliveries, not up-to-date tracking information, especially, my packages already arrived earlier-than-expected at local Fedex facilities, but they still left it sit there unattended until the scheduled date of delivery unlike UPS ground will deliver my packages whenever they have it in hands. Hope they can use UPS ground instead for Standard Shipping.

Two times I’ve ordered OEM Acura parts from Bernardi and both times the products arrived well before the expected delivery date, which is surprising given the fact that I live in OH.What a great Acura parts supplier!Thank you!

I ordered the wrong part and called their parts department for assistance. The woman I spoke with was super helpful in getting the order cancelled. She placed me on a brief hold while she reached out to the shipping department to make sure it wasn't sent out. She then helped me verify the correct part so that I could place a new order and told me she'd process the refund to my PayPal account for the old order. Excellent customer service! Keep hiring people who care about their job, the company they work for and their customers. People like this make a good company GREAT.

I received an accessory order last Friday. The item had damage and was missing a part. Bernardi closed before I could call customer service. I sent an email that night.Two representatives contacted me first thing Monday morning. A replacement item shipped out the next day and I received it on Wednesday. It's in perfect condition, contains all of the parts and works perfectly. I am impressed with how quickly the customer service team, particularly Alison, helped me and kept me informed of the status of the replacement item. I will shop with Bernardi again.

Maybe I will receive my order...I own 2 Acuras and periodically ordered parts from Bernardi for several years without any issues. My last order is a completely different experience. It's not being shipped because a couple of items are on backorder. Their website does not show these products as out of stock. Having items on backorder is understandable given current supply shortages. However, I've requested twice to have the backordered items cancelled/removed from my order and the rest shipped. Apparently this requires manager's approval which is not being given for an unknown reason. Last time I've shopped this site...

I ordered a part today and later got an email saying the price over doubled. This seems like your mistake and you should honor your original price to me. Looking at the reviews of your 48 year old company, I am rather shocked at what I have read.

This is an update. I finally found someone to talk to at Bernardi. Chris Werner advised me that the new latches that were sent were more secure than the originals, referencing a quote from a post where the person said that he could lift the cover almost an inch but hardly at all with the new latches that were sent. I tried the same thing and could not hardly lift the cover with either of the latches. I looked at the latches closer and realized that they do actually latch and are not just held down with spring pressure. Anyway, I installed the separately shipped latches just to be on the safe side, but do not believe there is any difference in the latch that comes with the cover and the ordered latches. I would prefer to have a Honda engineer tell me the difference than someone off the street.If you order the Ridgeline Tonneau cover do not order the cover latches the website says you need if you are installing the Tailgate lock. The latches come with the cover.I ordered the Honda Tonneau cover for my 2018 Ridgeline on one order which they said was on backorder. Rich advised me to ordered the equipment to lock the Tailgate on a separate order so I could get it installed by the time the Tonneau cover came. The tailgate lock order included the Tonneau cover Latches which the website and Rich said I needed. After receiving both orders, I found the Tonneau cover came with the cover latches already installed (which only made sense) so I ended up with Latches I did not need. Now I am having trouble returning the latches I did not need. I do not think I should be responsible for shipping and a 15% restocking fee, but at this point, I have not even been able to return the latches. Rich seemed to think I should be happy for getting extra latches.I was pleased with the response with getting the parts and Rich and Alison were very helpful and pleasant to work with but I am very disappointed in their dealing with the return.

Shouldn’t be in business.1. The Honda Odyessy roof rack I ordered from Bernardi Parts arrived with the hardware packages opened and their contents strewn all about the box. At first I was suspicious that it had been a returned product, especially since the rails looked lightly used. But couldn’t tell if that was just from all the nuts and bolts rolling around in the box. I was also missing 6 pieces of hardware.2. I contacted customer service (both by phone and email) during normal business hours and it took 2 days for a reply. The rep assured me that all parts were new and needed more information and pictures of the hardware. The overall turnaround with the back and forth and shipping of replacement hardware was two weeks.3. After being very clear about the pieces I needed, 2 of the 6 pieces they sent were wrong (TORX nuts instead of the TORX bolts). I had already missed out on using the roof rack for one trip because of the condition it arrived in, now I’m potentially not going to be able to use it for a second trip. I opted to just purchase the bolts from a local Honda dealership, although they only sold a hardware kit ($20), not individual bolts.4. Now I finally have everything I need to install the rails and crossbars. Of course there would be a catch. The last bolt I’m tightening to secure a crossbar to the rails is not threading. Looking inside the rail where the bolt threads, it appears that the nut built into the rail is damaged. I feel like that may have been a reason for this rail to have been previously returned, passed off as “new” to me. Luckily I have some handy tools for such a problem and was able to get the bolt to thread.5. I appealed to Bernardi Parts for a discount for the poor condition the order arrived in and the slow and unresponsive customer support. They didn’t even acknowledge this request.All of these things combined lead to a miserable customer experience and I do NOT recommend Bernardi Parts to anyone.

They sent me a random part, just to ship whatever. At first, they tried to convince me that these are good parts, then, they admitted that parts, indeed, are not correct, but they would not refund. They try to wear you down with emails every 3-4 days in hope you will give up.

Terrible and unresponsive customer service. Calls and messages about an order placed online but unfilled went totally ignored for weeks. I had to eventually hound their parent company Bernardi Honda to get my issue resolved. Not sure what all the positive reviews are about... perhaps they are under new management in July of 21... get your parts elsewhere.
