When his team was finished it looked like I had a brand new car!I like to use West Side Collision because I am very picky about my car. I want everything to always be perfect. Corinne who works in the office is very friendly and professional and answered my phone calls with immediate and honest expectations of the repair. She completed all of the paper work with my insurance company and even arranged for me to have a rental car for a day towards the end of the repair which I didn’t need because the repair was finished early. I asked for the number of the car rental place and she said she would take care of cancelling it! Car accidents are stressful but Pierce Collison repaired my car so that it looks brand new. We had a small job but had great difficulty getting it completed due to supply chain issues, etc. I contacted owner Jeffrey Williams at Middlesex and he got the problem solved. It was not easy for him either and we had some delays, but none of them were his fault. He stayed on the issue, communicated frequently and clearly, and ultimately fixed the problem.I hope I don't need their services for a larger issue but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeffrey and Middlesex for a large job.This is a third generation family business. I believe Jeff's Dad and grandfather would be proud of the way he runs the shop.”
