“I came to this location because it's convenient to my home. I was greeted by Nicholas and Jonathan who said they were happy to help take a look at my new leaky tires, but they wanted to make sure I didn't want to try taking them back to Walmart where I bought them a month ago. They reminded me the tires probably are under warranty and I could save a bunch of money! So impressed that they were looking out for my wellbeing in this tough economy! They figured out what was wrong and took care of things, and even noticed my brakes were really in poor shape. I'm grateful for the friendly and kind service I got today. You guys just earned a new loyal customer!!”

They did a great job of explaining to me the work they performed on my car, any recommended upcoming services that my car will need and returned my car clean and spotless. Furthermore, the loaner they gave me was a similar vehicle so it was very easy for me get comfortable with it. My service advisor Nick was great and easy work with and didn’t upsell my on any services I didn’t need. I do recommend brining in your car for service and working with him.”

“Greg has cared for two Eurovan's for me over the past couple of years. He knows them well and it shows. I appreciate the proper treatment of my vans, not jacked off the ground off the jack point (which creases the frame of these vans), removing the engine guard to service (while others just bend to access filters), advising the best preventative maintenance (cabin air filter or transmission oil). If you drive an MV or Pop Top, Gregg is THE guy. He has done tie rods, full brakes, batteries, plugs, and much more, keeping me tooling around confidently.”

“Update: I wrote the review below earlier, but have since experienced their responsiveness and much better communication. I am pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness.
The technicians are courteous once they visit you, however, their follow through is awful. I have been waiting for them to follow through on something simple that they promised related to our A/C units, which they installed less than a year ago. It has been 9 weeks and they take no action and no responsibility. I have elevated the concern to their office, but they keep repeating the same. Someone will get back to you and no one does. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years, I am very disappointed in how they treat their customers and lack follow through.”

More than once we’ve been told by other shops (and dealers) that “something was wrong…” and Ralph and team found NO PROBLEM.

“A hidden gem-I had my sway bar break in my Suburban. I took it took to my normal garage but the owner was on vacation and his “helper” couldn’t fix it-I was in jam as I was leaving on vacation. Took it to this place at 730 in the morning and they were great. Called me by 845 and promised it by 10. At 10 I got the call-all fixed. Staff was awesome. Highly recommend this place for general repairs. I thought they only did muffler stuff!”

“Jerry is knowledgeable and honest, the only mechanic to ever ask me if there was a reason when I asked for an alignment.
He also actually taught me how to drive my car because I freaked out and burned the clutch really bad (engine would not engage it was in gear but the clutch wasn’t biting randomly at an intersection, like I already got that far & it has never happened again).
Really nice mechanic and very familiar with Porsches of many generations, visible through the clientele parked outside too. Quick turnaround generally as well”
