“They got me in very quickly to do a prepurchase inspection on a used Tesla. They had equipment for lifting it safely. Done in a timely fashion and they told me there’s nothing wrong and everything looks good. Honestly kinda wished they pointed out some scratches or damage I might not have noticed, that way I could negotiate price w the seller 🤣. Oh well, no damage and good condition is good news too.”

“I had an excellent experience with Pierce Collision. I had a large dent in my passenger-side door and was expecting a lengthy and expensive repair process. Instead, the team went above and beyond by locating the exact replacement door needed, which made the repair both faster and much more affordable than I anticipated. In addition to the body work, I was having issues with my vehicle’s sensors. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem at a very reasonable cost, saving me both time and stress. What impressed me most was their customer service. They always responded quickly, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely seemed focused on doing what was best for us. Their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and worry-free. I would absolutely use Pierce Collision again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs.”

“The people at Bostonyan Auto are great and honest. My daughter was visiting the area and the car wouldn't start on a holiday weekend, We had the car towed to Bostonyan Auto. They quickly got it in and ran diagnostics as soon as they could and called me with the news. For them the vehicle started right up and there were no attributing codes. They were honest and didn't charge me. They were very hospitable and pleasant and I would recommend them.”

“I had an excellent experience with West Side Collision Corp. in Natick. I brought my Maserati Levante in for repairs following a minor accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The quality of the repair was excellent, the pricing was very reasonable, and they completed the work quickly. Communication throughout the process was also great — clear, responsive, and professional. It’s not always easy to find a body shop you can trust, especially with a vehicle like a Maserati, but West Side Collision exceeded my expectations. Great service, fair pricing, fast turnaround, and excellent communication.”

“I love this auto shop! I needed some work as defined by another (unnamed) shop. I took my car here for second opinion. Eric discovered I DIDN’T need the work that was recommended! Saved me $3000! Just goes to show you, never trust an unknown mechanic! Thank you Eric and Olivia. Helpful, professional and fast. I highly recommend!”

“I can't thank Bruce at JMH auto enough, I dropped him off a challenge for sure! my daughter's car had mice eat the wiring in the fuse box under the hood, it was a mess. He took on that challenge and got her back on the road. Thanks again JMH auto!”

“Great people - our car broke down one night and the shop owner was kind enough to let us park there. He also listened to the car and let us know the engine is blown. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, then this is your spot.”

“Jerry is knowledgeable and honest, the only mechanic to ever ask me if there was a reason when I asked for an alignment. He also actually taught me how to drive my car because I freaked out and burned the clutch really bad (engine would not engage it was in gear but the clutch wasn’t biting randomly at an intersection, like I already got that far & it has never happened again). Really nice mechanic and very familiar with Porsches of many generations, visible through the clientele parked outside too. Quick turnaround generally as well”

“I have brought both of my Mercedes vehicles—a ML350 and a C-Class—to this mechanic for a wide variety of issues over the years, and every single time the problem was handled with exceptional care, expertise, and professionalism. The repairs have ranged from relatively simple issues, such as a broken door handle, to much more complex problems involving dashboard cluster malfunctions, engine diagnostics, and various driving-related issues. No matter how complicated the problem, he has always taken the time to thoroughly investigate it, identify the root cause, and either resolve it or provide practical and honest recommendations for remediation. What truly sets him apart is his depth of knowledge and commitment to finding cost-effective solutions. Many of these repairs could have easily cost thousands of dollars at a dealership, yet he was able to fix them for a fraction of the cost without compromising on quality. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is both highly skilled and trustworthy. I have complete confidence in his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable automotive professional. We have recently moved to Natick, we are fortunate to have found him…”

“I recently brought my car in for service at Audi Natick. They did a great job of explaining to me the work they performed on my car, any recommended upcoming services that my car will need and returned my car clean and spotless. Furthermore, the loaner they gave me was a similar vehicle so it was very easy for me get comfortable with it. My service advisor Nick was great and easy work with and didn’t upsell my on any services I didn’t need. I do recommend brining in your car for service and working with him.”

“Ralph and his son have worked on several of my cars where he has made many successful repairs. He gives an honest appraisal of the work needed and performs the work in a timely manner, Recently they went to great lengths to find a less expensive option to fix my son's car using creative welding and the car is running perfectly. I plan on returning for any work I need in the future.”

“Update: I wrote the review below earlier, but have since experienced their responsiveness and much better communication. I am pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. The technicians are courteous once they visit you, however, their follow through is awful. I have been waiting for them to follow through on something simple that they promised related to our A/C units, which they installed less than a year ago. It has been 9 weeks and they take no action and no responsibility. I have elevated the concern to their office, but they keep repeating the same. Someone will get back to you and no one does. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years, I am very disappointed in how they treat their customers and lack follow through.”

“When you find a good shop & mechanics for your car — well it’s a great feeling. Ralph and his team are straightforward, fair, and high quality. More than once we’ve been told by other shops (and dealers) that “something was wrong…” and Ralph and team found NO PROBLEM. On top of it they have a loaner car! Thank you!”

“It has always been a pleasure to bring our car to MetroWest Subaru in Natick. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and the care and attention the staff gives both our car and us are truly exceptional. Our Service Advisor, Mike Buono, always welcomes us warmly and treats our car as if it were his own. During our most recent visit, Mike reminded us that our Subaru warranty would soon expire and thoughtfully offered to inspect the car thoroughly and replace any parts that needed attention while they were still covered under warranty. Although the service took a little longer than expected, the extra time was well worth it. We drove home with our car in noticeably better condition than before, and best of all, we didn't have to pay a penny! Mike's thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine concern for his customers are truly remarkable. Sales Consultant Mario Herrera is equally delightful. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes time for us, welcomes us warmly, and makes us feel genuinely valued. I also own a Tesla, but I must say that Tesla's customer service doesn't come close to the outstanding experience we consistently enjoy at MetroWest Subaru. Their professionalism, personal attention, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction set a standard that others would do well to follow. MetroWest Subaru has earned not only our trust and loyalty but also our heartfelt appreciation.”

“Helpful and pleasant! I came in with a bolt in my tire this morning. Mavis was having a computer glitch, but Dariel offered to fix my tire anyhow, even though he couldn’t charge me. I was very thankful for their generosity so I didn’t have to drive further on a flat tire. Much appreciated, and great service!”
