“I literally NEVER write reviews, but as someone who works in this mall and stops by 2–4 times a week on break, I’m thoroughly exhausted by the delusional bad reviews on here. It’s time to set the record straight: the staff here is actually fun.

First of all, the Natick Mall as a whole has gone completely downhill. The teenagers and kids running around here are totally out of control, acting like they own the place with zero supervision or basic manners. Yall ain't got no home training anymore! Maybe I'm old but I would have gotten a beating for doing a fraction of what you all do!

The girls working here are fantastic. Two of them are practically a comedy duo—and yes, they argue, but they are clearly JOKING with huge grins on their faces. It’s a candy store, they’re having fun! They’ll bicker over the most pointless stuff like the color of the sky, or if water is wet and I leave practically in tears laughing. It’s like watching a modern-day two stooges. If you lack the basic social awareness to tell the difference between people joking in a candy store and actual conflict, that’s a personal issue.

​Half the bad reviews on here come from the teenagers and entitled mall-goers who conveniently leave out the fact that they were caught stealing, being vulgar, or being outright violent before throwing a tantrum online, so yea, cry about it sweetheart.

Never thought I’d be writing a review, but I’m tired of seeing blatant fake drama. These girls are hilarious, customer service is great, and the haters really need a new hobby.

I’ll personally be replying to the bullcrap from now on. The staff here is great—leave them alone and let them have fun!

To Sarahcat: I've actually watched two teenage boys swap tags on things and they try so hard to catch it but what do you expect? Get mad at mom and dad making the mall their babysitter, not them. As for them being stale thats literally not possible because they just switched gummy brands, they're straight from the bag ATP. As for throwing boxes? I wont dignify that one.

To Susie: How can you be a regular and not know there hasn't been a man working in that store for over 6 months? Girl bye... 🤡
Idk if this was the case but like.. if every single thing in the store has a price tag on it I'd be biting my tongue too if you keep walking up to ask. The yelling I commented on above, and I fr don't think the manager and the daughter would be yelling at customers if there wasn't a reason.

The super tall girl? the only tall one is the manager... idk who you saw cry.. if its the one with short hair id be crying too if I was being told I made a mistake that might cost my job, because that one never gets off her phone, cant count money, and has all the personality of a pet fish, shes fine but not for retail”

“Perfect place to get a gift. I paid $65 for a pound of truffles and a bouquet of chocolate roses, which is less than I expected to, and they wrapped them up nice with tissue paper and ribbons. Staff were very friendly”

“I ordered on TikTok shop (not the store owners fault at all) and accidentally only got one 1/2 pound bag instead of 3 of them. I called the shop and left a voicemail as well as contacting TikTok. The shop owner not only called me back in less than 24 hours, but she told me she 100% believed me and told me she appreciated me! She sent out a new order for me today along with some free samples! This is what good customer looks like, and this is definitely a business I will be spending more at and sending friends and family to!”

“My absolute favorite candy store in MA. They have a great variety of both old school and new candy. Lots of penny candy as well as fudge and real chocolate. This is exactly what a candy store should be.”

“This place is awesome! It's such a quant little store with a nice kitchen supply portion. Sky bars have been my favorite candy since I was a kid and I have always loved them. They have the machine where they are made in the back and you can see it through the windows! It was so cool to see where they are made. They have oopsie bars that had some issues when being made (for us it was the vanilla was kinda mixed with the caramel flavor) and we got 24 for 27$. They also sell them for 1.50$ each it's thought it was cool to get a candy that would normally be recalled. They have shorts and really nice quality mugs. I got a sweat shirt that says sky bar and will be back for a mug next time! It is super cool to be there I love sky bars so much and it's nice to see the store is so nice. Worth the 45min drive!”
