Scam artists. Went in for a phone screen protector, they took my phone, put a random protector on it without me asking, and insisted I pay $30. The guy tried to get me to pay cash to avoid tax, which is sketchy, and they rang the transaction as a "custom item" so I couldn't see what the price actually was. Avoid using the kiosk too, same people.Illegal stuff, will probably report this to the mall itself.

Did an amazing job fixing my phone that had water damage after a another store said they couldn't fix it. 5 stars.

They overcharge and will not refund (they will replace). I bought an iPhone cover at the kiosk for $30 (way too much and my stupidity to pay that much, but I was in a hurry). Later I found the cover blocked the camera holes. This is a basic thing to check, and the salesperson should have done it. They’re the experts. With reluctance, they replaced the cover, first trying to get me to accept shoddy replacements. Finally I agreed to take a reasonable replacement that they claimed was worth $35; a refund would have been better, despite their policy. Summary: high prices, poor service, not knowledgeable about their products, and they push inferior products.

Complete rip off. I had the exact same experience as the previous reviewer. I paid over $100 for a screen replacement which cracked after less than 24 hours just from being inside a backpack. It was not dropped or mishandled. Shoddy work with terrible quality components. They refused to honor the warranty I was promised and refused to offer a refund. Should be just down.

I changed the screen of my S20 ultra in cellairis and with less than a week the screen appeared with a problem without falling without even using it patriciously I took them to see it and they asked me for a month to change it and still want to charge, more when I paid 370 dollars to change it didn't take me a month I went all in a week for being a new cell phone.

Not sure what happened but this place used to be great with courteous staff and a really strong screen protector! I had used them multiple times over the past 3-4 years and recommended them to everyone- not anymore. I had a protector put on my new phone 3 weeks ago, and the protector completely popped off yesterday! I just went to the stand to have it put back on, with the receipt, and the associate guy today was some guy who barely spoke English and was being sleazy when I showed him the protector was not broken, just popped off. His response was "It's not guaranteed to work, I can put a new case on for $20". I had to go back and forth about not paying again for their poor job of putting the protector on first of all, also try there's a warranty, even showing him the sign he was standing in front of saying "lifetime warranty". I eventually convinced him to do it for free but he had an attitude the whole time and just handed it to me without saying a word. Never using this stand again

BE WEAR to not ever go to this place it’s a waste of money!! I went there today and they broke my phone they gave me a very bad screen and charged me agian to fix the phone don’t go there because it will just be a waste of money I give it 0 stars

Scam artists told me $90 over the phone for a quote then tried to charge me $110 in store for the same thing, then .my card gets declined I added cash and has them try again it was still declined? I checked my app because i know I have money, the first time they ran it they put a hold on the rest of my money as a pending transaction so it got declined a second time.

I took my galaxy S9+ to change the broken screen, the phone was working perfectly, I was charged $280 to change the screen and paid in cash when I left the phone, 2 hours later I picked my phone which was apparently ok, but when I got home after a few hours of use my phone was in a lot of trouble, totally crazy, I lost all my data, photos, contacts, and the next day when I go back to the store the same boy looked at my face and said “you was never here”, that he never took my phone, the same boy who took the money in my hand! I looked for the administration of Natick Mall and they told me that they could not do anything! A store with dishonest people and a mall with poor management! Don't waste your time or money in this store!

I have been coming to this place for the past 4 years to change my screen protector. It has changed owners about 3 times already. They have this deal you pay $40 ( almost triple the amount of a regular screen protector) and the next times you come ( lifetime) you pay only 10$ to change the screen protector. They have always honored this even though they have changed owners. I went in today January 24, 2020 and they told me they changed owners again and I would have to pay $40 to change out the screen protector. Don’t fall for their scam . Better to pay $20 for someone to fix it one time then to pay double and get scammed
