Unbelievably expensive for stuff you can buy at dollar store
Will never attempt to being my daughter in here again- it’s a shame I remember loving Claire’s when I was little girl.

Alexis did an amazing job with my 6 year olds ear piercings! she was so patient with daughter who did get a bit nervous, but Alexis luckily knew what to do and say. She is professional, patient and talented. Highly recommend !

horrible experience, unqualified staff. I don't know how you could not notice the hole in the ear and try to make another one in the same place. and then the worker put in an earring and did not fasten it, that it fell out the next day. check the fasteners! I paid 100$ I think she cheated me, it's too expensive for one earring

Great experience!!! Sammy was nothing but the best for my three piercings. Absolutely had the best patience and high quality professionalism. Recommend her for every and any piecing.

I don’t know why people hate on Claire’s to be honest. I got my first piercing here when I was a baby. Got my seconds there too. Unfortunately I got my thirds in the piercing place downstairs near Dunkin and they ended up looking wonky. One was up and the other down. I also got an infection too. So that was my lesson to never cheat on Claires. I re did my third piercing today and it looks amazing. Doesn’t hurt at all and no infection.

Shocked this entire chain isn’t out of business. In general I’ve always gotten infections from them. It’s not necessarily their fault it’s the piercing gun. When you use a gun tiny microscopic tears are within the piercing which leads to high infections. Always go to tattoo shops as needles have much less pressure.

When they peirced my ears the lady got them so lopsided and they fell out while i was asleep and immediately got infected.

Sonia helped me today checking out, and she was very lovely! The other two employees at this location went on break at the same time, but she managed to both take care of a customer's piercing as well as check us out right after. I do hope that the other employees take from Sonia's example and learn to be team players like her.
