  every time i’ve come to the mall this store is closed with a sign that says “be back 30 mins” or “be back after break 30 mins”. it’s usually always longer than 30 minutes as well. the first time i ever went, after the “30” minutes, i observed there are multiple employees in the store. all of them do not need to go on break at the same time. it’s honestly ridiculous and this time around i’m not waiting 45 minutes for 4-5 of the employees to finish talking in the back.

  Been coming to the natick mall every weekend and 10/10 times they are closed and have a “be back in 30 mins sign” the store remains closed for over an hour so that the entire staff can all take break at the same time absolutely stupid

  Brought my daughters in today to get back to school clothes. They had to step over hundreds of boxes on the floor to get clothes. Needed to try on clothes and were told rudely that the dressing rooms weren’t open. Ridiculous attitude by teen staff with literally no customer service. Other reviews show this isn’t a one time issue.

  trying to buy multiple pairs of jeans but was rudely told the fitting rooms aren’t open. strangely they were open for other people. store should be closed down.

  The Manager, Tyla at Cotton On in Natick was rude and had zero customer service skills.The person at the register was kind and apologetic for the manager's awful behavior.

  Great store! Employee Rosa was so attentive, great customer service and really caring. Tried on so many sizes and she was patient and helped me throughout the process.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible horrible customer service, the management’s behavior was inexcusable. They accused me of shoplifting from their store, and caused quite a large scene in front of the other customers. I explained to them that the only thing in my bag was a purchase I made at another store and provided them with a receipt. I called back after leaving to speak to the manager, and was informed the manager was the one causing the scene. I hate to leave a bad review anywhere but when management is unable to provide a simple apology I feel left with no choice.

  right when we walking into the store me and my friend this woman with dirty blondish hair gave us such dirty looks right from the start. and they told us about their under 16 policy and how we needed an adult to shop. i think they took us as younger because we are on the shorter side. but i’m 14. they questioned so we left even after holding lots of stuff. then we can back with my 17y old sister and she still questioned us but then we told her and she still was nasty about it. when i was near the clearance section i accidebtly spilled my drink. which i felt so scared at first bc i they were definitely going to yell at me. the. the red sweatshirt dirty blonde came over and called over the other guy with a man bun and a black sweatshirt. he was mad at me which i guess i understand and i said sorry many times. keep in mind right when i dropped it i picked up the ice cubes and as much as i could. i reslize it was my mistake and i felt bad for it. but then here comes the shocking part he was like “ if u we’re shopping with a guardian you wouldn’t of made such a big mess”. atp i got so offended. what does your age have to do with making a acidental mistake? so then i offered u to clean it up help them and he didn’t answer i apologized many times and ignored me multiplied times. and when other younger people walked into the store and they never questioned them just use. what is genuinely wrong with you guys. i hope you get yelled at by your manager

  There was a man- man bun, black beard, stripe shirt and women- dirty blonde hair, red sweatshirt, nose piercing. When we got into the store, the women gave us dirty looks and side eye us, which was so rude. Then she keptFollowing us. She made me feel like I was going to shoplift. WHICH I WAS NOT!!! They were mean! Never shopping there again.

  Whatever guy worked the night shift of March 15 is really taking away from this establishment. I have worked in both restaurants and retail and was shocked by how this man was acting and holding himself. It was really sad and although my friend and I loved the clothes we are afraid to return. He threw my clothes when I told him I was only keeping one item, gave me dirty looks during my whole shopping experience, and just had the worst attitude. I’ve never written a negative review but it really ruined our experience and we jsut wanted to leave the mall afterwards.
