The Verve is by far the best hotel in the Natick area. Staff friendliness is one of the best. I’ve stayed at The Verve about 5 times and definitely recommend it. Rooms are clean and both breakfast and dinner are surprisingly good. A shout out to Ellen who went over and above to make my latest stay really great.

Hotel was great, very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. Jessica went out of her way to make sure we got in our room early helping in anyway she could.

We attended a party at the Verve. Debbie was the host who took care of our table. She checked on our friend who hadn’t arrived. She double checked the menu to make sure the cake had no strawberries for my strawberry allergy. She was beyond helpful and kind.
