This store has a horrible customer service. Online, on the phone and in person.If you need them in an emergency - have a medication from the pharmacist, forget about it. They let you waiting, waiting… completely different from the other stories. Some thing really bad happens in there. One night I was in the drivethru and I see an employee smoke close to the window and nobody in there for us.

Switch to a different pharmacy. You will run into issues with a prescription, you will spend too much time fixing it. Assuming you got it figured out, but if you need a refill you will run into more problems. Go somewhere else and save the headache. 1 star because they are open 24/7, which is helpful, but goodness they need someone to whip the pharmacy into shape

It’s one of the worst CVS I have been at. Pharmacy is most rude and misleading for information. Some people should not be working with customers at all. Even the front end cashiers are incompetent and rude. Hopefully CVS CORPORATE READS REVIEWS. This location has the most bad reviews.

The customer service is just horrible here. I do not think it's all employees but the amount of horrible and rude ones are so visible. Especcialy if you use the pharmacy. Will change the store for sure. Management wake up!

don't bother going here. They've mostly stopped answering the phone as of years ago and leave you hanging on hold. They don't fill the prescriptions on time. The place has literally collapsed and is completely dysfunctional at this point.

This pharmacy is the worst and the service has just declined for the past 5 years. They take prescriptions that they don’t even have the ability to fill, due to what they claim as being short staffed. A normal solution would be to send patients prescriptions to another pharmacy, so there won’t be delays in care because this could lead to life threatening issues or hospitalizations. Instead, the shut off their phone, so a patient can’t even call to switch their prescription elsewhere, they close the drive thru, and it takes hours to even talk to a pharmacy staff. This cause a delay in my child’s psychiatric medications and caused withdrawals. I am switching my families prescriptions out of the hands of this pharmacy and I suggest anyone dealing with them to do so as well.

I do not recommend CVS at all, the staff is very bad, I called before arriving at the pharmacy and I was waiting for 20 minutes and no one answered me. I arrived at the pharmacy, there was a line of 10 people (I waited 30 minutes in line), everyone takes their time. to assist you, when my turn finally came, he told me that they had not received my prescription and I showed the girl who assisted me the app and asked her to please help me, that I understood that I did not have the prescription but I was showing her that in the cv's app, if it appeared, he treated me badly, he did not want to help me nor did he want to see the app, he told me that he would not see it and he told me that he would call my doctor but he was no longer at the hospital due to the time that Hera my doctor had sent the prescription from 9:30 am and it was already 7:00 pm and they did not have my prescription it is unacceptable that after 9 hours they did not have my medicine I need a respirator because I have an asthma attack and the truth is that no one helped me it was very bad my experience the manager doesn't do much either because I talked to him and he didn't help me either DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS

Something has happened with management and the pharmacy staff here over the last year. It's completely gone downhill. They can't get/keep any good staff in the pharmacy. I just waited on hold for a full hour to try to straighten something out that I couldn't do in the app, but had to give up. There's ALWAYS a line at the pharmacy full of disgruntled customers. Go elsewhere!

ugh. I went to pick up and was handed the medication but was charged 10 times what it should have been. The pharmacy girl spoke very little english, which is fine, but she did not understand the problem. This was after like a 20 minute wait to get the meds.

Having had admirable canvas prints made by Ahsan and his staff, which have been praised by visitors to our home, my wife and I decided to have two different ones made. Again, the experience and result was superb!!!! Ahsan and Bridget are models of how someone in their roles should perform!!! They should teach others how by to do the job!!!!

Slowest pharmacy ever! Literally takes them all day to fill a prescription. I got a text saying my prescription was ready and got all the way to the pharmacy for them to tell me come back later and that it really wasn’t ready.

Put the phone down while on hold. It's been over an hour and a half. Nothing. This is the worst CVS I've ever encountered.When you go in you'll find the rudest pharmacy staff that doesn't care one bit about you.

"CVS pharmacy not only has flu shots for your family, but 14 other vaccinations that can help protect against COVID-19, pneumonia, shingles andmore. You can even get multiple vaccines at the same time."How do I know this? It is the only thing their recording has said to me while on hold for 20+ minutes. Hopeless.

I went to this pharmacy last Saturday evening and it was slow and rude service. I never use my credit card but I used this time because I forgot my cash. 11 days after my card was charged for Amazon México twice and this is the only store that I gave them my credit card in this year. If someone else has similar situation please contact me to report it.
