I very impressed with professionalism. The minute you walked at the door, you were greeted kindly and inform you how long your stylist will be with you and ask if you need anything else. The stylist will take your jacket and hang it up and provide you with a hanger for your purse. My stylist was Cyndi and she did a great job with my color. I’ve used her twice and very impressed. Can’t say enough how well I was treated and look great!😊

Would not recommend. Came in for a cut and blow dry and left very disappointed. I had never been to this salon before and went in with an open mind. They did not place a towel around me when washing my hair, my hairdresser ( Guido) started cutting my hair without asking which way I part it. When he was finished cutting, he asked several times if I was sure I wanted to blow dry it ( I have long curly hair). Once he did blow dry it, it was not salon quality, I have quite frizzy hair, but stylists always manage to take it by going over some areas several times to make sure it looks silky and smooth, you could tell he was in a rush, and he did not spend anytime going over areas. He also left me with no product, and as a girl with curly/frizzy hair, it’s essential to product after a blow dry because otherwise it literally just curls back up. Also on the website it’s advertised that a cut/blow dry is 60, but I got charged 80. Definitely not worth 80$.

Extremely RUDE receptionist, owner and manager. Never had such experience in my lifetime! Came here first time, I was late 10 minutes for the manicure running out of the office. Upon arrival was told that there is not enough time for gel only regular manicure. I agreed. Later after TWO nails were covered with one layer of nail polish I asked if I could change the color and was told that there is not time for that and have to finish what I picked or wait for an hour. I agreed to finish what was started but then manager announced that there is no time for that as well. I was told by the owner that they have to work for living and can’t accommodate anyone coming 10 minutes late. I have to work for living as well!
Extremely RUDE and UNWELCOMING.
DO NOT GO THERE!

I absolutely love Dellaria in Natick and have been going there for about 15 years. The staff is lovely and so professional. A big shout out to Wayne, Macaly, Antonio and the rest of the wonderful staff. Excellent services and wonderful people!

LOVE Dellaria Salon in Natick...been going here for 14 years...ALWAYS a great cut & foil (Katie Hopper is a talented Hair Artist for sure!)...won't go to anyone else...I get compliments when I leave there from complete strangers every time...makes me feel like a hair model! Hair Happiness!
Hair type: Tricky blond hair to cut because its wavy...goes both curly and straight...medium long length...some long layers...its fine but there's lots of it...hope that helps...

Yesterday was my first time at Dellaria salon, and it will definitely not be my last! The salon is beautiful let me just say, and such a welcoming staff! My stylist was Jackie, I had a full foil done but was nervous because of my previous experience I had some trouble with the bleach in my hair, which I informed her about before we started, she took all the steps in the right direction every part of the way making sure my hair was still intact and not being damaged in the foils. Very professional! The outcome was amazing, and I finally got the results I’ve been wanting! Will definitely be returning! Thank you to everyone who works here, and keep up the amazing work of making everyone who leaves Dellaria salon feeling beautiful ! ?

I went in for a grey coverage and global hair color. My stylist for the day was Lynn, who did a wonderful job ! She explained what color would work well for my hair and was extremely methodical and meticulous in all the steps from color application, shampoo, and hair wash. I left with a smile :) Highly recommend Lynn!

Staff are very skilled at what they do but their prices are absurd now. Ever since they stopped partnering with Nails and Co, they no longer offer the 10% off discount and their prices went up. They also added a lip wax when I didn't book that. I checked my confirmation email and it just said cut and a brow wax and they ended up waxing my lips. I didn't see lip wax anywhere.

So disappointing.
a) Booked a Deva cut. Did not get a deva cut. Charged for a deva cut. Deva cuts involve cutting each curl separately. That most certainly did not happen/ So if you have curly hair I would not go here. The coloring seemed fine though.
b) You can't tip on credit cards.
