I used to love Eastern Bank, but now there aren't as many locations, and without a vehicle, it's quite a distance Weston to Watertown, Natick or Lexington. One in Waltham would be lovely! Maybe one day if I move back to Salem, they were always helpful there, but unfortunately they just sent us new cars on closed accounts..lol.... They must miss us too??

Just visited here and had to transfer money as well as get 2 new cards because I had some stolen. They were prompt and fast and so kind! I was in and out within 15 minutes with 2 new cards in hand! I am super satisfied with their service and would absolutely recommend visiting this location!

Go to some other bank. I have been member of DCU for many year never saw unprofessionalism the manager shows at the Eastern bank. As someone said below , I am highly disappointed..

I am very disappointed with Eastern Bank. When I became a customer several months back I was told that a promotion was going on and I would get $100.00 in January, 2018. When January came around I was first told that on the 19th I would receive the money. Nope. I made several calls inquiring about where the "bonus" was and was basically blown off by who I believe is the Manager. Long story short, I was then told that I needed to change banks and have direct deposit with Eastern and that I was told this when I first joined. I was not ever told this. I am quite sure if I was a more lucrative customer I would have not had a problem. So so disappointed in the way I was treated by being blown off time and time again. It is not so much about the $100 but the principle. I am closing my account with them. Oh well.
