I bought a suit from this store about 5 weeks ago. At the time they told me we don’t have your jacket so we’ll order it online for you. The customer service person ordered the jacket for me with the correct size but INCORRECT fit. I only found out about it when I had to try it on for my occasion that it was classic fit and not slim fit like the pants. The jacket is baggy and is not wearable especially with the slim fit pants. I called the store and they absolutely couldn’t do anything about it even though it wasn’t my fault placing the order. I spoke to the manager Daniel and he literally told me I know it’s our fault but there’s nothing I can do for you. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

Had the best experience at the Express in the Natick mall. Giovanna was so attentive, kind, and beyond helpful. This was my first time as a customer and will certainly not be my last, all thanks to her!

I just had the best experience at Express in Natick Mall, all thanks to Rosita! I was stressed out trying to find a last-minute birthday outfit and honestly didn’t know where to start. Rosita, the store manager, was incredible! She took the time to listen to my needs and helped me brainstorm ideas.
With her suggestions, I found the perfect outfit that made me feel amazing! I truly appreciate how she went out of her way to help me out. Thank you so much, Rosita! You made my day so much brighter!

I'm Brazilian, I'm going to speak in Portuguese, I still don't know English 'I've been a customer of this store for 2 years but today I had the worst possible experience of my life at the end of my purchase when I left the store the alarms went off or the salesman came towards me running and scared us as if I were a criminal and he took my bag and my friend's then he checked and saw that the attendant didn't remove the alarm seals, her mistake so he checked the receipt and then removed it 'the whole store was looking at us very embarrassed and he gave it back to us and I said everything correctly and didn't even apologize 'I know this is a racial slur I won't go back but in this store I feel very embarrassed by the approach, check on camera please

Do not work here this place is one of the worst places I ever workedI was there 3-4 month and they treat you terribly.They start you with 40 hours than cut you everyday.The manager is a treats the employees like garbage.Very toxic environment to work in.

Not crowded. There were not many varieties when I visited. Very few sale items on men's section. Friendly staff greeted and treated the customer's nicely.
