After being in the VIP membership without my authorization, I was charged $50 without knowing. After finally convincing the customer service representative to give me a refund and cancel my account, I got a refund and thought my account was cancelled. The next month I was charged once again. I called to make sure my account was to be cancelled and I was refused a refund because apparently they could not do that when it was done previously. This membership is a SCAM, and the customer service reps are not helpful. Just hope this doesn’t happen next month for me to lose another $50!!!! It is pain to call and cancel and you cannot do it online. Useless

I bought a pair of pants. After first wash they would be okay in a flood. Just noticed monthly deductions out of my account. WHAT FOR??? Never got an answer for shrinkage complaint. I am going to my bank tomorrow to file a fraud complaint.

When you buy from Fabletics You automatically are enrolled in monthly charge. You wont know this until you get charged. When you go to redeem your account, they give you a fraction of what you payed in. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

This Company is a scam, they enlist you on a VIP Membership without your approval, charging $ 49.90, using the form of the payment you use for an actual online purchase without approval from you. In my case it was PayPal. You can't email them only chat or call or by text. Their Chat agents have been trained to not answer questions about why did the company enlisted you on a VIP monthly charge without your authorization. They will cancel it and refund it but never explain how come they charge this amount without your authorization, when you insist, asking the question about non authorized charge, their agent are trained to repeat they cancelled the membership and then, simply end the chat!!

This store is AWESOME! Many of the reviews here are about the online customer service, which really doesn’t reflect on the store itself. The employees here are very knowledgeable and always willing to assist you to find the perfect outfit for whatever activity you are looking for. They have helped me mix and match, and made awesome recommendations depending on whether I need high impact, leggings that will stay put, etc.! If you want to experience the best of Fabletics, you will definitely find it here!!

i’ve had a membership for a couple years now and i never had issues until recently. i placed two separate orders and both of them never came. i tried contacting them and they said they were both left with someone named Jen (i don’t know a jen) and the other i should “ask my neighbors for.” when trying to find out where they were, it took hours to get a hold of a consultant. the customer service is awful, so hard to reach. then they tried having me change by address after telling me they’ll re-ship it as if it was an inconvenience to them. i’m very disappointed and don’t want to keep spending so much money on a company that is so careless.

I had a great experience the first time I ordered with Fabletics. However, I placed an order Dec. 2. Shipping label was created on Dec. 7 received notification that my order was "On the Way" Dec. 10. On Dec. 20 I contacted Fabletics Customer Service and they informed me that it could take up to 18 business days, which was fine, I understand there are shipping issues. Today, Jan. 7, I called Fabletics and the Customer Service rep. informed me that my order was never sent to the shipping facility because they were missing an item in the order. I was never informed of this. In addition, I was sent an email on Dec. 23 informing me that my items were delayed and apologizing for the inconvenience and another email on Dec. 25 asking me to review my order (the order that had not been received). I want to be 100% clear that my item never shipped and I was not informed, even when I took the time to reach out to Customer Service and asked about the delay. This was not a USPS issue. This was a Fabletics issue. I have asked for a refund and cancelled my membership.

ON-LINE Review: Ordered on 12/1/2020 contacted on 12/28 that they "returned" the order to the shipper because it was "undeliverable" Which I believe is code for - we took your money and never shipped your order. I ordered 12 items for my daughters for Christmas. Now they tell me 6 are available. The rest they will credit me for? Of course I bought them on sale and can never replace the items I wanted without spending more. No offer to replace items with new ones. Scam sale. Merry Christmas.... Horrible. I told them to cancel my account and my order and give me a refund. As I understand it takes a while to process but no receipt? Unacceptable. You have had my money for a month. I completely understand late shipment due to the current issues with the pandemic and shipping but my order was never shipped it's obvious. Not the shippers fault and not the fault of customer service reps who probably have been dealing with this all day. I've been on with them 40 minutes waiting for proof of refund.I'd give 0 stars if I could because that's what I got. Don't have sales to bring in business if you can't provide the service.Still waiting......

I would like to start by saying that I LOVE Fabletics leggings. They are by far my favorite. With that being said, I just cancelled my VIP membership because their shipping and customer service is TERRIBLE. I placed an order over two weeks ago and they were not even able to give me an expected delivery date or tell me what state my package was currently in. He told me that I would need to wait until it had been past 3 weeks before they could even begin looking into the delay, which is completely different than what the agent told me the day before. Fabletics will eventually go out of business with this type of service which is so unfortunate because they have great products! So very sad about this.

I can't say enough bad things about this company. I placed an order Jan. 19th and I still have not received my order. I called to cancel and they informed me I cannot cancel until I receive my order which is crazy. I was also charged a "Membership Token" which I did not sign up for nor would I ever sign up for. I was told that I did not read the fine print. Very, very misleading. The 1.9 stars they have on google is honestly too high. Horrible customer service!

l called on January 2021 to request my refund and cancellation of that useless membership and I got NOTHING + charged again for February.... Really?????I call you, no answer, I email you, I received an auto-reply saying you can't manage the messages so you request customer to call. Why do you have a "contact us" tab in your website if you can't handle it? Too many complains from your scams? I'm gonna copy paste this msg in all your post until I get an answer and my refund.First time in my life I have a problem like this with a company.

Unfortunately the styles that I ordered didn’t fit or did not flatter my body and I did not feel confident. They were an odd material I wasn’t expecting not being able to see them before ordering. I called and asked to just simply exchange them for a different size or style so that I could confidently wear them and I was told because I canceled my membership I’m not allowed to exchange or return so now I have two pairs of leggings I can’t even use. As someone who’s worked in customer service for many years, I am amazed at the lack of consumer accommodation of this company and will not be recommending them. I don’t think I was asking for much, and while my $24 paid for leggings is minimal compared to someone who keeps up with the account, I shouldn’t be made to feel any less important. Body image is important and I would have gladly paid the shipping fees.
