I would highly recommend. Excellent service in the showroom from David and the delivery crew were polite and professional. We recently moved to the United States so I only hired a piano for use whilst mine is shipping. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. I would happily buy a piano from Falcetti in the future.

I recently purchased a Yamaha N1X hybrid piano from David, who was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward without being pushy. The showroom is very impressive, and the staff is very professional. The moving company with whom they work did a great job removing my old upright piano and installing my new N1X.

David at Falcetti’s Natick showroom did a wonderful job of listening to what was important to me as a piano player, and was able to suggest the perfect upright piano for my needs. Falcetti represents a number of quality brands at a variety of price points and David was able to speak knowledgeably about the strengths and weaknesses of several uprights in the price range that I was looking at.
I was looking for an acoustic upright with some version of the “Silent Piano” option as I am a night owl who likes to play and practice late at night. When Natick didn’t have the specific model that filled this need, David, in consultation with his manager, called around to Falcetti’s other showrooms to find exactly what I was looking for.
I live in a cottage on a hill in central New Hampshire and on delivery day Falcetti’s piano movers did a fabulous job of getting my new Yamaha upright piano down the 24 steps to my downstairs family room without a scratch
The Falcetti team made this whole process a wonderful experience and if you are looking for a piano, I wholeheartedly recommend Falcetti.

After being without a piano for the last 5 years, I went to Falcetti to purchase a digital piano, needing a refresher on the options and technology. Jake was outstanding - he walked me through the various options and really listened to my needs in steering me in the right direction. I never felt pressured to overcommit to something I didn't need and left with a Yamaha Clavinova that I absolutely love. I only wish I had gone to Falcetti's sooner!

I went to Falcetti Pianos to upgrade my digital piano to a higher end model. David was very helpful and not pushy at all! He let me try out the pianos for as long as I wanted to and answered all my questions. I initially thought I would take a few days to decide, but I bought my piano that same day. The delivery service was seamless. And I love that my old piano will be going to a piano student who may otherwise not be able to have a home instrument.

Falcetti Pianos is a great place to try, select, and buy a quality piano. Jake and Connor are excellent to work with. They have a wealth of knowledge about all their instruments and the manufacturers. They helped me choose the right piano for the sound and touch that I wanted. Their low key approach is welcome. It was a great experience. I strongly recommend Falcetti Pianos to anyone who is looking for a quality instrument.
