“Dr. Ellis has been my GP since i was a teen and in the almost 15 year since, she and her entire team have provided excellent care. The waiting room is always clean, as are the exam rooms. The medical receptionists are great as well, always cheerful, making silly jokes to calm my nerves, and a joy to be around. I feel like she genuinely listens to me when I come to her, and thoroughly discusses all treatment options that would be available to me. Michelle, the NP, is just as wonderful as Dr Ellis and is so incredibly sweet and, just like Dr Ellis, actually listens to me instead of just “hearing me”. Their staff is prompt with their responses on their portal and the receptionists have great phone etiquette. I myself am a medical receptionist and I can guarantee most of these negative reviews are due to people not understanding how insurance or healthcare in general works—which I don’t blame them, it’s designed that way. I was in a financially difficult situation and could not afford the self pay price, and they were able to work with me and significantly lowered my copay for the self pay visit that I desperately needed. Ignore the horrible reviews, especially from people who make comments on staff’s appearance (who even does that!?). In summary, this is a great office with great staff and I would be so devastated if I ever had to change primary care doctors. Thank you to everyone on the CRMA team—you guys are the best!”

“As a child I was diagnosed with Crome illness it has been very hard for me I also had on and off medicine feeding tube I want to thank to all of my doctor and my nurse at the hospital who always supporting me I also have a stuffed cat name Beth Her real name is Bethany But I called her by Beth for short but My stuffed cat Beth sadly passed away in her sleep at very age of 8 year old. Beginning diagnosed with Crome illness Cancer was very hard for me”
