About FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground is a sort facility warehouse for packages. It delivers around the world seven days a week with one-day delivery. The delivery drivers are excellent and work within given timeframes. The location itself is lovely with very friendly staff. If a delivery problem occurs, such as an address error, the staff will call, correct it, and arrange quick redelivery, providing wonderful service. It is not a standard ship center for drop-offs, but packages can be dropped at FedEx pickup locations for easy next-day arrival.

Lazy drive couldn’t use the dolly to bring Chewy boxes to the door, protected from rain. Instead left them at the end if the walkway, with no plastic sheeting, where I had to bring them in myself. All he had to do was take two minutes, put them on the dolly and wheel them under the overhang at my front door.

Beware of this Fed Ex. I waited all day for my item. They stated that they attempted to reach me and no one was home. I had my door open and I waited all day. No one showed up. I called Fed Ex and reported that no one showed up. The representative did not believe me. I stated I have a camera in front door door bell. I checked...

Same experience with others…how come the driver didn’t even try to knock the door or ring the bell and say the customer is unavailable??? The tracking even updated at the FedEx location not the city I located!
