Friendly and excellent customer service but had a 8am appointment and did not start till 915ish and took 3 hours just sitting there waiting for 4 new tires.

got an oil and break fluid change a few weeks ago no issues.. about 3 weeks later, my car undercarriage (splash screen) below engine came loose in middle of highway and was screeching the whole drive home (i did not know what issue was immediately). I can only conclude that the splash screen was not put on correctly or all the screws placed after my oil change at Firestone.. will not be returning.

I came with recommendation from another body shop to replace a battery immediately. After test I was recommended to service battery contacts only. So, $200 was saved for me. I appreciate this honest approach.

My experience was excellent. The only problem I had is when they did my alignment that was already perfect. They offset the tow so the steering wheel was off-center, so I need to go back, other than that everything was fine . The fact that I need to take time out of my day I’m not happy about it but I’ll still give it a five star rating.

Take your vehical somewhere else!
Called at 8am to make an appointment to get my break pads changed. Dropped the car off around noon as scheduled, told me they would call with a price between an hour and a half to two hours. Never got a phone call. I returned about 3 hours after drop off to find out it was never even brought in. Yet walk in customers got there cars serviced right away without issue. Car sat there for over almost 4 hours and did not move. Asked if i wanted to return the next day and i was unavailable to do so. The service man laughed like it was a joke...
As i was leaving i spoke with two other customers who sat there for over 5 hours for a simple oil and filter change who were just as upset!
Dont waste your time or money with this place.

I got a nail in my tire on a snowy cold day. They got me in right away and had it patched with an hour for under $25. Couldn’t ask for better service!!!
