“I love the workouts at OTF! The classes are always challenging and fun. The studio is very clean, and everyone wipes down the equipment after each use, which I really appreciate.

Coach Danielle is amazing, she’s always attentive and helps us with the exercises when needed. Daniel and Tracy at the front desk are also super friendly and welcoming.”

“Coming from a commercial gym, this gym offers me everything I need equipment wise for my goals and then some. Huge weightlifting gym with prowler sleds, tractor tires, and a bunch of other hard to find equipment. The place is a huge playground for anyone who loves lifting weights and more. I highly recommend this gym if you’re tired of the dullness and cramping of the commercial gyms. Also the gym is open until 11pm mon-thurs which is great for those late night lifters. Also, this gym offers 20% off to Doctors, veterans, military, Veterans and Law enforcement which makes this gym a no brainer. The owner is a lifter and veteran himself and is a nice guy. Glad I found MetFit.”

“It is a well-equipped gym that has a full range of strength training and aerobic equipment. There are also a large variety of group classes at no extra charge. Trainers are available for a fee. You can usually get one or more free trial workouts. Locker and shower facilities are good. Pilates Reformer classes are slated to start soon at extra charge. Unfortunately, the swimming pool has been permanently closed.”

“I have been working out at CTNE for almost a year. When I started I hadn’t exercised in years and was really out of shape. Anna, the new member coach, made my introduction to Comp Train so much fun and so manageable, even for an out of shape 46 year old teacher. Now, a year later, I’m in the best shape of my adult life and the gym is the best hour of my day. I can’t recommend CTNE enough for anyone who wants to become stronger, mentally and physically.”

“This is a legit gym. This is not a big box gym. This is not a corporate gym. If you are looking for a super clean space with locker rooms, private showers, and any kinds of amenities look else where. This is a real gym. The focus is on fitness. If your looking for a great workout, amazing classes, A great community, and a kick a** fitness staff this is the place. I'm new here and have gone to two classes so far and they both kicked my a*** The open gym has all the equipment you might need and there is plenty of open space to work out in plus heavy bags, speed bags, and two rings. The negatives since that is what we read the review for (to see if a can live with the negatives) there are no showers so going before work can be a challenge. But they have a good afternoon and evening schedule for after work. Also they are really laid back. Which is great because I didn't feel pressure to join and sign a two year agreement and buy a bunch of equipment. But at the same time my wife and I went twice to sign up and it was hard to get someone to take our money. But they did and we are loving it so far. Highly recommend kick-boxing. And Boxing Boot Camp with Flower.”
