Anna, the new member coach, made my introduction to Comp Train so much fun and so manageable, even for an out of shape 46 year old teacher. Now, a year later, I’m in the best shape of my adult life and the gym is the best hour of my day. I can’t recommend CTNE enough for anyone who wants to become stronger, mentally and physically.”
“It is a well-equipped gym that has a full range of strength training and aerobic equipment. There are also a large variety of group classes at no extra charge. Trainers are available for a fee. You can usually get one or more free trial workouts. Locker and shower facilities are good. Pilates Reformer classes are slated to start soon at extra charge. Unfortunately, the swimming pool has been permanently closed.”
