I have always had the best experiences at Haircuts, LTD in both Natick and in Wellesley locations. I highly recommend Haircuts LTD. My Stylists have always been very professional and friendly. My last experience was with Shannon in Wellesley. She exceeded my expectations with my haircut and my color. The prices are better than other salons and the woman at the desk was exceptionally pleasant and had a caring personality. She even walked me to my car. I am on a cane and not very sure footed.

Good and fast haircuts at a reasonable price, but they are rarely timely. I always make an appointment and am often waiting 10-20 minutes past my appointment time despite arriving on time. Yesterday, they even took an appointment before me that was scheduled after me. Makes me feel like there’s no point to the appointments.

Got a fresh cut at a super reasonable price. Quick, easy, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Perfect spot for a fast men’s haircut. Highly recommend asking for Ashley!

This is usually a great place with friendly, courteous staff. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience today. I politely asked for a bit more to be trimmed, but the barber responded with noticeable attitude and expressed clear dissatisfaction.
Update: The store manager called and apologized for her colleague`s behavior. She assured it was a one off incident.

I've been coming to this place over 2 years now. All staffs and stylists are amazing and do an excellent job. All services at a reasonable price, and you get one free haircut if you get haircut for 12 times. As an asian guy, I highly recommend Caitlyn, she does fantastic job.

Refused Service to a Crying Toddler. Not fit to work with the public.
Terrible experience at Haircuts Ltd. We brought my 2-year-old son for a haircut — he was understandably nervous and started crying. The stylist, a white woman with black long hair, refused to cut his hair because he was crying. Completely unprofessional and heartless. If you have zero patience or basic decency, you shouldn’t be working with the public. We would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I got a great haircut at a reasonable price. I walked in on a Sunday morning and didn’t have to wait at all. The stylist did an excellent job, ensuring both sides of my face were evenly cut, which I really appreciated.
