I was able to get my young son’s hair cut within 30 minutes of closing and without an appointment. The barber had a great way with him and kept him at ease while trimming a significant quantity of hair from his head. She succeeded in accomplishing his rather vaguely worded request, “I want to look like Daddy” and made him feel very grown up. The price was a little more than I was expecting but the cashier also offered us a simple loyalty card which was kind. I plan to bring the kids here again.

Excellent place for a haircut! The last time I went, there was almost no wait. The haircut price is decent and people are nice to talk to. I will definitely come back here and probably start getting my haircut from them regularly.

First time coming, had Chris do my hair, was nice. No frills quick haircut exactly how I wanted it. She seemed she could cut my hair with her eyes closed and I'm a little picky. Will be coming back for sure

I’m a regular here. Had a haircut from Natalya 4-5 times and now she remembers exactly what my hair needs. Smooth check in and fast service. Reasonable prices. Their iPhone app is very helpful to book appointments.

I went here twice - the first time was decent, so I decided to go back, however, the second time was terrible.My sister and I grew out our hair for 6+ years to donate to cancer. We went to Haircuts, Ltd. to get 8+ inches cut off and my hair dresser in particular was super grumpy and rude to us. To start, we felt extremely rushed. Then, when explaining to her the process of donating hair/what the place we were donating to needed, she snapped saying, "You don't think I know what I am doing? I have been cutting hair for X number of years." How rude is that response? I printed an instruction sheet from the non-profit we were donating to and she would not even look at it. I proceeded to explain to her that each hair piece had to have an elastic at each end before being cut (this keeps the hair together and in the same direction which the non-profit needs so the hair does not get damaged) - when she cut my hair, there were NO elastics at the bottom of each piece of hair which was upsetting as I told her that multiple times (again, she did not want to listen and thought she knew best). So, once cut, my sister and I had to put elastics on all the ends which was very hard to do without ruining the hair. I asked the hair dresser for help and she seemed annoyed the whole time. Additionally, we caught her rolling her eyes at us multiple times. She was also a bit rude to one of her colleagues who was trying to help - another hairdresser asked if I wanted a tape measure to measure my hair before cutting it which I thought was sweet of her to ask. I said "yes" and when she came back with the tape measure, my hair dresser said, "I don't need that, I use my comb to measure." And the other (nice) hair dresser said, "well she wanted to see the exact length being cut so I thought this would be helpful." Lastly, once my hair was cut I inquired about getting some texture/layers put in and my hair dresser said, "Ugh...don't do that, it won't look good." So, now, I booked another appointment this week at a professional hair salon to add some life/style to my hair cut. After 6+ years of growing out our hair for a great cause we were expecting a fun, nice, calming experience - not a rushed, rude, eye-rolling one. I likely won't be going back here, and, if I ever choose to, I will not see this woman again as she was very rude, and, after how she treated us, I would not trust her to cut my hair again.I proceeded to tip 20+% because that is who I am, however, I am now regretting that decision as she did not earn/deserve it at all.I hope others have better experiences here as I did see/hear nice hair dressers with their customers.Service: Haircut

I have been their customer for about five years now, and I just decided to switch to another hair salon for two main reasons as follows.1) Ashley has always done my haircut during the past five years. She has always been a good hair stylist until recently (past 6 months maybe) that she is available maybe only once in every three or four weeks. Every time that I needed a haircut, I had to check their app and call them many times to catch her, and after several weeks that she appreared, again she disappeared within a couple of days. I totally understand she may have personal problems that prevented her from being at work consistently, but it does not work for customers like me with a busy schedule. She should at least communicate this properly to her customers to make sure they do not go somewhere else, unless she does not really care about this. I give her 4/5 given that she used to do a good job even though her work was not perfect.2) The much more important reason that made me find another hair salon was an extremely rude person at the front desk named Robby (or maybe Ruby or something like that). I am not sure what is wrong with her, I can just tell that her behavior is very much unprofessional and offensive. Today, I was explaining to her that the app had some problems showing the available stylists, and all of a sudden she started repeating loudly and aggressively that it was “BECAUSE WE ARE FULLY BOOKED”. I told her I am not deaf, and asked her to calm down and not be so rude, she stared at me without saying she was sorry or that she was just trying to explain the reason for the issue to me. If she was my employee, I would immediately fire her for such a disrespectful attitude and behavior.Service: Haircut

They hired me and I worked literally 3 days then two days later they told me they didn't have enough hours for me.. it's more like the manager Chris has a serious jealousy issue and is extremely clicky and I didn't trust her from day one..
