Was closed on December 29th when I dropped off our vehicle. Hertz still sees it as being registered with us so we are getting charged every day. Now I see a review from 12/4/23 saying it was closed then too. Called Hertz and they will try to close it out but I’m not hopeful. :/

Natick office closed as of 12/4/2023. The other hertz office states this location has been closed for a few months. That makes me suspicious of the recent 5 star reviews, and why the hours online and the phone number to this office do not say the location is closed.

Total disaster Reservations mean nothing. Just had to cancel my trip since they had given away the car I reserved never using hertz again.They told me I could go to Marlborough to pick up a car instead and they would stay open late for me so I called an Uber and went all the way there and they were closed! No answer or reply from the manager or anyone and now I'm out $50 and a vacation.NEVER AGAIN

I hate writing poor reviews, but I am very disappointed in Hertz for how my rental went. I arrived at the Hertz at 11AM on a Tuesday and no one was there. No sign on the door, and no one at Hertz could tell me when someone would arrive or how I could get a rental that day. I cannot speak for the employees, since I only interacted with a locked door and phone support, but if someone is unable to come into work, or is running late, please create a solution for customers so they do not wait around. I ended up going to the Newton Hertz and was helped there.

I had the worse experience in my life with this place.Their representative made a reservation for me via phone, but when i came to this place- they refused to use my debit card ( even it is possiblilty of dabit and credit payment) , no cash, no check are in use.But a worker woman - ABBY - she was just rude and unbelievably unpolite. She did not move her finger to help me.I wasted a work day today because of them .Never ever will use this rental company.

You have seen the total score. So I'm not particularly surprised by what happened to me. Before I came here, the Hertz app showed that the rental car cost was 50. After I got here, I was told that the price went up to 75. Yes, the price on the app has changed to 75. After I rented the car. The price on the app changed back to 53. This is price magic and Hertz customer service said it was normal.

I made a reservation a car at this location. It was confirmed. Yet I went to pick up my rentacar, the worker said they didn't have!I told him it was confirmed. He said I booked only a few hours ago so they didn't have the car!! What's the meaning of "confirmed"?? I had to take SUV against my wish. I was very disappointed.

Terrible expérience.My girlfriend and I were charged three times for a car rental in the town of Natick, Massachusetts. All of our payments were refused and so was my car rental. We were left without a car, stranded on the side of the road with no way to get around. The rental company was very unkind and did not give me any explanations, but assured me that nothing would be charged. However we lost more than 600 euros and two days of our vacation. We have not heard from customer service. Please contact me as soon as possible and making sure that this incident is resolved.Robin Almansa

People from this agency are thieves ! We came to rent a car last week, they told us that our credit cards were refused and made them try several times. As a results they refused to give us a car, but they charged us 3 times the price of the reservation !!! and 0 response from their customer service, it's a shame !! Avoid this place and Hertz.

Poor customer service. Never answer the phone. Cann't leave a message.Trying to get them to pick up vehicle from A dealership close by.I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. Will be calling Discover to stop any money they think they are going to get.

Ok so the sign on the glass door says closes at 7pm but it's really 4pm. Returned car at 410pm and got hit for an extra day. See my corporate contract says I have upto 2 hours aka 120 minutes. I was 93 minutes late. But they clocked it in at 5pm which was over 153 minutes late. . Not cool to do this to a PRESIDENTS club hertz member and definitely not smart business.... always always give the customer the benefit of the doubt. Always!Oh yes next time can u actually clean the car on inside and full tank is not 7/8 of a tank. The window was so dirty driving west on mass turnpike at sundown I had to stop at rest area and clean window so in bright head on sun I could actually see.. next time will have to go different hertz location. Some how I got a heck of a lot better mileage on way home. Something about not really a full tank.dear owner. If you wish to reach me. DO NOT BOOK!! This location is closed and no one knows why. We reserved a month before and on the day of pick up the store was closed even though it says online it is open. Please do not book unless you want your travel plans to be cancelled. Be aware when booking with this company because they won’t even assist you or explain why this location is closed.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I rented a vehicle from Hertz at Fort Meyers airport. When I rented it at the Hertz desk the fee was 720.00 and the customer service representative told me to go to the car garage and pick any car from the GOLD SECTION. So, I went to the car area and chose a car that was in the GOLD section and drove to the gate. The person at the gate took my paperwork and my license, he then did a few things in his computer and gave me back the paperwork. When I got back home I checked the paperwork and the fee was increased to $1,220....ALMOST DOUBLE. When I called HERTZ the customer service person told me that I took a more expensive car. I told her I took a car in the GOLD section and the person at the gate should have told me that THEY PUT THE WRONG CAR in that section. She said that there was nothing they could do but she would file a complaint. This is a clear BAIT AND SWITCH and HERTZ needs to make good on this. I have USED HERTZ for many years as they are our corporate car company. called several times and have had no resolution. MAKE SURE THAT THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU

On line it says this location is open. You call the number provided it gives their business hours. When I spoke to customer service they said I can return the car at this location. But guess what this location is closed. You can never get anyone online at the store locations. This is so frustrating I should have went to Enterprise.

Confirmed reservation. Presidents Circle status with Hertz. We show up to find a sign that this location is temporarily closed. WHAT? Other customers arrived at the same time wanting to return a car. No note when they might reopen ... ‘until further notice’. Of course Hertz knows nothing that this corporate location is closed and nobody apparently bothered calling customers either. Pathetic. Luckily AVIS down the road had cars such that our vacation was not completely ruined. As far as Hertz Natick goes ... stay away!
