“I visited recently to find replacements for my under-cabinet kitchen lighting. I worked with Rita, she showed me the available options, how they could be used and optimized for my space. After looking at the options, Rita priced out a solution for me that was reasonably priced. They had most of the units in-stock, I returned a few days later for the rest.
I do not feel like I was over-sold, I got what I needed at a good price and now that they are installed I am completely happy with what I have.
Rita was great to work with, pleasant, relaxed, and responsive to my questions.
I could not have asked for a better experience, the results speak for themselves, and will certainly start here whenever I have other lighting needs.”

“Love Arhaus store in Natick! Not only Arhaus is a high quality furniture brand, but also they have a great team at that location. In particular Avery, their assistant store manager is truly a pleasure to work with, she is so helpful and is always available to talk to and resolve any issues. Loved my experience there!”
“Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

“Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”

“This is my first visit to Jordan’. WOW! It is enormous. I got lost trying to locate the office furniture section so I went to the sales office and a very nice woman got up and took me there. I was impressed.
When I got there, an associate came over promptly and inquired as to when j was looking for. Joe was professional and personable. He did not push any additional items on me. I am so pleased with my experience and look forward to my 4 bookcases being delivered.
One other thing, when Jow was selecting a delivery date, the computer was not helpful so he called his manager and I think the entire team responded 🤣. It was wonderful!
