“This is my first visit to Jordan’. WOW! It is enormous. I got lost trying to locate the office furniture section so I went to the sales office and a very nice woman got up and took me there. I was impressed.
When I got there, an associate came over promptly and inquired as to when j was looking for. Joe was professional and personable. He did not push any additional items on me. I am so pleased with my experience and look forward to my 4 bookcases being delivered.
One other thing, when Jow was selecting a delivery date, the computer was not helpful so he called his manager and I think the entire team responded 🤣. It was wonderful!

They do try to help you find a rug, but the sales approach came across as pushy and more focused on upselling than understanding what I was looking for. I made it clear I was just browsing to get a sense of their selection, and I declined to provide more than my email when they insisted on collecting my information.

What bothered me most was that after about 15 minutes of helping me and me talking to them, the salespeople simply walked away and moved on to another customer—no goodbye or acknowledgment that the conversation was over. It left a poor impression.

If you do not care for salespeople, they have a large selection.”

“Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

We were having a difficult time making a decision on a sideboard but the designers gave us very helpful professional expertise that will look cohesive with our place. Audrey gave us very transparent pricing options so we can do price comparisons as well. The whole team was very patient and knowledgeable - exactly what we needed! This store is huge and has a wide selection of items to choose from so it’s great for getting inspiration as well. We’re excited to get our sideboard and dining chairs!”

We ordered an umbrella back in May, and unfortunately the delivery kept getting delayed — to the point where we were genuinely worried summer would be over before we ever got to use it. When we called customer service to share our concern, the team acknowledged the issue immediately and with real empathy. They followed up directly with the warehouse on our behalf and stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire process.

What impressed us most was the solution they offered: while we waited for our original order, they arranged a loaner umbrella so we wouldn’t miss out on the season entirely. What truly stood out, though, was that Mark, the store manager, personally came to our house to install it himself — and had to make two separate trips just to get it done. Through it all, he remained patient, polite, and genuinely attentive, which says a lot about the kind of service culture this store has built.

A special thank you also goes to Barbara, one of their executives, who checked in with us consistently and made sure every step of the resolution went smoothly. Her communication and follow-through were exceptional.

We’ve purchased furniture from this store many times over the years and have always been happy returning customers, but this experience took things to another level. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about getting things right for their customers, even when things don’t go perfectly the first time. We’ll absolutely continue shopping here and recommend them without hesitation.

“Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”
