He was incredibly accommodating and let us try a few mattresses and gave his recommendations before we settled on the one we purchased. He made the purchase and set up to get the mattress to be delivered easy and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured. I would recommend any one looking for a mattress here and to look for Stephen.”

“Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

“I have worked with Boston Interiors consistently now for over 5 or 6 years. I am a design professional and work with many different furniture companies. I must say, nothing compares to the staff here. They are fantastic all the way from the sales team, to the manager, service department and delivery team. I have been consistently been placing orders because everything goes smoothly when we work together and will continue to do so. I had a large install last week and and a small hiccup on my end and was running late to the delivery. The wonderful drivers waited for me and even helped me clear a snowy path to get into the house which I know is not their responsibility. They went above and beyond for me. The furniture arrived all in good condition and was assembled and placed in the exact location I wanted. I couldn't have been more grateful. On top of that experience, I have been placing orders with the Natick store. Beth Mayes typically helps me and she is amazing! Actually the whole team has been super friendly and very helpful! Niki, the manager has been fantastic as well, always happy to answer any product questions I have, show me new collections and speak to me on all the nitty gritty details. I think one of the most important thing to mention is that whenever I need something, a price, a certain dimension ect they get back to me ASAP. In todays industry this is certainly rare, it sometimes takes 2 weeks for me to receive a quote back from a vendor. Working with this company not only makes my life so much easier but the products they offer are great. I never put anything in a clients home that I wouldn't put in my own house. I stand by everything item they sell, the upholstery is superior and at a much better price than I see other places for similar quality. They have a great selection of rugs too which can be a tough one for me to find exactly what I am looking for. But they always seem to have it! I will certainly continue to work with this company over and over and they consistently delivery a great experience. I will also continue to recommend them to other trade professionals, clients and friends and family as I know they will be taken care of the second they walk in the door.”

“I was so happy to see Calico weathered the shutdown as I returned recently after a long time away. I live on Buzzards Bay so it is a long drive. But it was great to get some new fabric to begin replacing some old items throughout our home. There’s nothing like new pillows to cheer up a room or a reupholstered ottoman to bring new life into our living space. Choosing fabric for an existing room can be a fun but sometimes an overwhelming task. Calico arranges the fabrics together in color and design schemes to make that task easier. Everyone wants to get good quality at a competitive price. Cynthia made that purchase so effortless since her friendly nature helped to answer questions but she didn’t hover over me as I was deciding. She printed out an estimate for the purchase and future purchases to make it easier to plan ahead. “When I called Pottery Barn Kids in Natick, MA today to discuss a gift for a new baby girl I was fortunate to get Laura R. Searching their store on line I spotted the PBK wooden blocks. There are various sets & I wanted to get the most appropriate one, knowing this little one wouldn't be playing w/them for quite awhile. Laura reviewed each set w/me & couldn't be nicer. When she didn't know the answer to one of my questions & needed a moment to go in the back room & take a look at the product, I appreciated her thoroughness. FYI: I had read so many negative reviews regarding rude behavior by associates in the PB stores prior to calling. I personally would recommend Laura R. in the Natick Mall. We were at a loss on how to reconfigure our family room, Tannika and Robin were top notch with their service and recommendations. Tannika took photos and measured every detail of the room to give us several options. Back at the showroom, Robin and Tannika worked with us to find the best fit for our needs which resulted in a beautiful new sectional, chair and poof, that worked well with our existing pieces.
