They had the item I wanted and they even got a forklift to get it down because it was on a pallet, great store.

The first thing to notice is how empty the tables for the home project estimators usually are. The nearby appliacne lanes are a ghost town, and being that Corporate parent has closed its upscale "Expo" stores, it is likely that at some point, most of these in store services will be virtual. That said, it's pretty much the luck of the drawers-meaning you can catch a knowledgable woman for carpeting, etc, but the guys seem always to be too "busy" on their phones to look up at you, much less ask if you need help. Our carpet install measure and placement went fine. It helps if you know precisely what you want (e.g tile styles, materials) before you try to find help. Again, there are a couple of very knowledgable staffers there, but they almost always appear stretched for time, or perhaps running multiple departments? Good luck.

Very handy location for my business territory. Today I was annoyed when told to swap out unlabeled, no-sku item for another across the store. I left without making purchase. Associates should be readily able to look up SKU's for any item!

i used to like this place until my husband went to buy a generator today. he put a generator on hold and went to pick it up. he paid for it and put it in his cart while he went to pick up more things around the store. he was followed around the store for over 10 minutes and a man would get INCHES away from him to try to see the generator. he got SURROUNDED by employees at checkout, and even though everyone saw him check out he was still asked for his receipt before leaving. now guess his race--he's mixed black and white. can the employees of home depot not fathom a black man being able to afford a generator? do you really need to stalk someone around the store? where do you think he's going to hide a huge generator? his shirt? it's 2021. this is reprehensible. absolutely disgusting behavior.

My review is specifically about this guy who supposed to handle online orders in the front, it was Oct 19 around 6PM. I walked up and he said "WHAT". Dude can't even have a normal conversation like a human please don't put him in the front handling customers.

While the Watertown store is so much closer for me, it is chaotic in there and West Roxbury is often the same. Since I was in Natick anyhow, I stopped in on a weekday around 10am to get one of those mesh screen door things that you walk through (it actually works, not bad for $15). Masks and sanitizer at the front door for anyone who needs/wants it, and I wandered around looking for the item (for whatever reason, the aisle/bin number wasn't online). After I gave up wandering, I flagged down Bruno who found it for me (thanks Bruno!) and headed to the self checkout. Only negative to the in-store experience was the woman in charge of this area: having someone who is friendly would be a bonus. I can't imagine the parking lot on weekends, so go on a weekday if you can (or right when they open on Saturday and Sunday). The entrance/exit onto Speen St has a traffic light and the Route 30 exit is right-turn only (unless you want to just take a left anyhow). HD stores are dog-friendly as well!!

Big shout out to Ken who apparently is the only person that works in this Natick store. He is extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. If it wasn't for him I would have left without purchasing what I needed and having to go to another Home Depot store to have what I wanted.

The worst customer service on the planet! They schedule jobs and never call you back and when you call plan on holding for about 25 minutes. I ordered wood to be installed a month later I hadn't heard from them so I went in and was informed it was on its way but in fact it was sitting in their warehouse and these dopes had no clue. Shop elsewhere it'll be worth it.

Beware - Their website falsely advertises in-store inventory. You'll buy an item and they'll cancel your order hours later. Also, they don't have online orders ready for pickup despite sending you email notifications that it's ready for pickup. Most importantly, their store affiliates don't bother verifying your identity. Anybody could pretend to be you and steal the items you bought.

My friend and I needed to paint her son's bedroom. We are first time painters and a little intimidated going into Home Depot for supplies. Almost immediately, we encountered the nicest man with an Irish accent working there. He helped us find everything we needed. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He helped us find the correct supplies and did not oversell us on items we didn't need. We are halfway through the paint job and it's looking amazing!!! Lowe's does not have employees like this, they are so misogynistic there and I am so happy to have come across such a hard worker at Home Depot.

I have no interest in doing business with a company that was silent when Georgia adopted voting laws driven by an autocracy. Home Depot needs to stand up for denocracy (which is far more then a press release).

I've walked into this Home Depot twice (on two different occasions) and been greeted by Hector whose apron is painted with a happy grill. He offered to help me each time and I took him up on it! The first time, I presented him with my list and pictures of my home problems. Jill from Gardening was with him and she took notes on a paint swatch marking isle numbers by each item. The pair walked around with me and told me about the pros and cons of various items. For example, Hector opened a pair of gardening sheers and had me hold them in my hand followed by another pair. We joyfully got through most of my list and then they had to go on break; however, they pointed me toward my next section before taking their leave. Next, Adel and Jim helped me select lumber and cut it for me. Adel took notes and Jim followed them with his huge saw. Adel waited for me in the check-out line and then helped me get the large pieces of wood into my car. The second time I went to this Home Depot, I said "Hi" to Hector and then waited and waited by the huge saw for someone to help me (Hector doesn't work in lumber). Several employees walked past (including a guy named Brendan) without acknowledging me. Eventually, I called the store (the store I was in!) and told them that I'd been waiting at the saw and needed help. They sent Brendan back over and he cut my wood. I really appreciate these amazing experiences. There is a Home Depot super close to where I live but I didn't mind driving nearly an hour, each way, to have a positive experience at the Natick location.
