Amazing store, with an outstanding selection. Sadly, since June…I never seen ANY KPop Demon Hunter Merch IN STORE. I wish they’d step it up a few notches before they lose out on sales from a BILLION DOLLAR pop culture phenomenon.

i never write reviews. i work in retail & totally understand situations happening at work that don’t make you happy or want to be there. i usually ignore bad manners at places because I GET IT. but… i’ve gone to this location multiple times and the staff is so laughably rude LOL. the guy there that swears out loud, slams things, throws things down and ignores you. same one who shit talks his boss when she walks away because he doesn’t want to do what she says. same one who pushes past you like you aren’t even there. the women with tattoos that rushes you, is cold to you, and acts like you’re a bother when you talk to her. me and my bf giggle when we walk in here. what stuff are we gonna experience today?

Awful staffing. They don’t even greet you, and they aren’t nice to you either. There’s an extremely rude girl who works here, rude to customers and unprofessional. She rushes you through purchases and is rude doing it. The two times we’ve come in here there’s been an issue with her. I didn’t catch her name, but she has glasses. Honest opinion? Skip this store and go to Spencer’s near the food court, you get treated like actual customers there.
