The sales staff are so helpful and patient! I was having a hard time finding things that looked good and they made multiple suggestions and I wound up getting two beautiful outfits.

Terrible customer service at Natick location. No smile or polite manners. For the amount of money I have spent with them over the years I would expect more personal warmth and help.

I've been to this store quite a few times because I had some luck with J. Jill sizing in the past, but I probably won't be back since the poor service is pretty constant. I'm in my early 30s but look younger, so I don't fit in with their Target demographic I guess and their salespeople usually ignore me in favor of older women, even calling them ahead of me in the checkout line.The last straw was when I went to return items purchased online and got called up to the register after two older women who got there after me, and then when the sales person asked why I was returning I said the items were too large. She SCOFFED at me and said "These are small." I was so taken aback I stammered "I needed an XS I guess, but they don't make those in Tall". She ROLLED her eyes, half-shrugged as she finished folding the clothes, then asked me with a smirk if I needed anything else.Never going back, probably not shopping online either.

Solid basic clothing - at reasonable prices. But this J.Jill location has consistently mediocre to nonexistent customer service. Have been to this location six times in the last year and they continue to surprise me with aloof sales staff. Visited the store this week and two sales people were checking out other customers--and then proceeded to stand around and socialize with each other for the next half hour totally ignoring me (and others) as a customer - I walked through the entire store twice carrying 10 items and was totally ignored. At one point I was the only one in the store. I finally stood there looking at one of them and after a minute she noticed me and asked if I needed help. She wasn't rude - aloof. Every time I've been in the store I see the same kind of behavior. In contrast, while in nearby Talbots I was approached by 6 different sales people Asking me if I needed help... And Nordstrom, of course, is on a whole different level.

Just want to commend J.Jill for great service - I purchased several items on-line with my debit card. When merchandise arrived - did not work out so I returned at the Chestnut Hill store. The process was quick and easy. The sales rep was pleasant and helpful, The return transaction was on a Saturday and my bank account was credited on Monday morning. Please contrast this experience with that I had at Coldwater Creek - similar situation - tried to return an on-line debit card purchase at the Burlington store and was told the company is not processing any on-line returns for two weeks. Thanks JJIll for great service not only when I am purchasing but also when I have to return an item,

La visitamos el sabado y mi mamá , hiso buena compra , pero el servicio no fue muy acojedor ni siquiera preguntaron si necesitabamos ayuda ni al menos un hola , y no era que estaba llena de clientes no , esque eramos como invisibles, oh no les agradamos por ser hispanas jumm , que triste piensen el solo vender oh estar trabajando asi esta bien , el servicio es tan importante , no olviden Por los que Consumimos esque tienen trabajo .
