The lady at the Natick store is very rude, she didn’t even bother giving a fake smile. When I asked for a sizing question she responded with a rude face and tone. Her look was like go find it to yourself. I could definitely feel her racist attitude. I have been to this store and few other Janie and Jack stores before, one reason I come back is their good customer service.Normally when I ask for gift boxing the staffs always pack it in the gift box but this lady just threw a box in the bag and literally threw the clothes in the bag as well. Very very rude and racist behavior.Please don’t go to this store!!!!!!!!! Go to any of the other Janie and Jack stores.To Janie and Jack management, I and my wife always buy cloths for our friends kids from here. Your staffs are generally very friendly and helpful. People like this one in Natick store need be educated well on customer service and some basic decency to interact with human beings.

Do not go to this location! I’ve been here multiple times and the woman who’s there full time—Tara—is so rude!! She makes you wait to ring out while she scrolls on her phone, and everything she says has an annoyed and abrupt tone. Shop online or at a different location!

I do not recommend Janie and Jack. I purchased 2 Christmas gifts there and they packed them. The jeans were missing from both packages. I have tried to get a refund and they said it’s been processed on January 2nd however I still have not received it. It’s “still processing in the back end”. Horrible. I have purchased a lot of clothes from them and will no longer shop at this company (or any Gap related company). So buyer beware if you have them wrap your gift.
