Matthew and his team at Jave Property created a beautiful deck for us! He was extremely easy to work with, responsive, and professional. He worked with us to quickly solve any situation that popped up. Our deck was finished in two weeks and we are so happy with the result!

I found Jave Property Services to be professional, high-quality, and price-competitive. Jave was recommended by a friend who had hired them to paint his house. Once scheduled, the painting crew kept to the schedule, worked hard, and did a great job--and company management checked in on the work team every couple of days to make sure it was on-track. So I then hired Jave again for an outdoor and an indoor construction project. Both of these projects required more creativity and experience, and I found the Jave team to again be smart, efficient, and to hold itself to high standards of quality. I would hire them again, and recommend them highly.

We were so pleased with the results of Jave! They did everything we needed (caulking, filling, priming and painting) including marching the paint. They were so pleasant to work with, easy to communicate with, worked independently, cleaned up after themselves AND very competitive! Everything we needed and so efficient. I can’t say enough good. Completely unsolicited.

Matthew and his colleague did a great job pressure washing, sanding, and staining our mahogany decks and painting all of the railings and balusters. He also repaired some of the stair railings and posts. He was very responsive and watchful of the weather which was very important to us. There were a couple follow up details and Matthew is coming back for those as well and we’ve been in close communication. They use the best paint and also let me choose what type of deck stain. Highly recommended.

Matt and his team built exterior window moldings at our home. They did a beautiful job. They were prompt , professional and tidy. They paid good attention to detail and the moldings exceeded my expectations.They also replaced some rotten wood and did a great job.
I plan on hiring them for future projects.

A tree hit our house. Jave saved the day. They insulated our walls and rebuilt them. A complicated corner cabinet had to be rebuilt and match another one, they did a great job. They also repaired holes in dry-wall, did carpentry and did a lot of painting. The entire job was done well. They cleaned up each day. They were efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Matthew and his crew painted several rooms in my house and installed crown molding. They also removed some builtin shelving and repaired the newly exposed plaster and baseboard. The crew was on time and professional, and everything looked fantastic at the end. Matthew was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We look forward to using Jave again in the future.

Working with Jave Properties for some basement work was a great experience. The coordinator, Matthew Aoun, was patient with our early questions, explaining the steps involved, the materials they would use and how the people who would do the work would be using the proper safety equipment. The people were hard working, finished on time and with good quality. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
