I just had the most wonderful service experience with Rowen. He was pleasant, informative, and fun to work with. He quickly solved my issue. Answered my stupid questions. Gave me some coaching. Stopped by the Natick location today with my vintage Specialized Rockhopper which I have been upgrading with modern components. Was having trouble with fine tuning the rear derailleur and assumed I would have to drop it off and pay for a tuneup. The gentleman that welcomed me was super kind and immediately threw it up on the repair stand, made some minor tweaks, while also explaining to me the changes he was making and why. I left with the bike running superb, expanded knowledge and a new local bike shop. This is what the biking community is all about. Thank you!
