If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came into the store today because I wanted to make some slime. I had a lot of other shopping bag to me, and after I payed for it I went to ask a cashier for a big bag. They all got scared and huddled around the corner and started pestering me about why I needed a big bag and they got really scared I told them I had a lot of shopping bags because I did. I went shopping at six other places and I had huge bags are very heavy for me. They followed me to where I had the bags so I can show them that I needed it because I didn’t trust me because apparently having a big bag can think I will steal from them. This was not OK and I didn’t feel safe in the store

Wow - My kids are in love with this store ! We had a biirthday party there and the staff were absolutely fantastic! All of our guests got to go around the store after the party to shop and everyone were delighted to find so many varieties and fun , inexpensive items that each could afford....
l can't thank you enough Learning Express- for suck kind and attentive services and for making my daughters special day so memorable...
All of you out there should definitely check out the Natick Store location ! I am sure you will be thrilled as much as we all did

Learning Express?! Not hardly. They false advertise events, In the past year they became more expensive than Amazon and toysrus, and did away with selling viral products like tonies for Slime, Labubu’s and Barbie.
They ALSO LIE to consumers and parents through social media about having icons like Bluey appear, and cannot manage the turn out efficiently. Want to learn about reptiles? Awesome, but the hour long show will be 15 minutes long, the manager will whisper to the zoologist in the middle of the educational program and get everyone to clap for a “finale” two reptiles in, and forcing everyone to leave with NO EXPLANATION!! DISAPPOINTING EVERYONE!!! Every kid there was left with attending a reptile show, when they were there for Bluey only. What a disgusting display of dishonesty.
Great way to promote your store wish book being purchased from too. Sorry, but with no prices, I’m not interested. No prices are an ick! So sad, they care MORE about false advertising (against consumer protection laws) rather than being geniune and making money like they cared back in the 90’s. Goodbye learning Express. I’m breaking up with you!
Ps: No corporate customer service number with live people answering the phone and only having voice mail….is against the law, it’s actually mandatory. Stop trying to be trendy with social media. It’s ridiculous.

This store sells fake Labubus at a high price. When I talked to the manager about how sad kids would be when they know it’s fake, she doesn’t seem to care and keep arguing that they have license and allow to sell the “replica” by Popmart. Should stop selling those.

Showed up about 10 minutes after the advertised opening time on google maps. The doors were unlocked so I went in and browsed; the lady at checkout however claimed the store was not yet open (despite the unlocked doors). Overall confusing environment

Great toys but staff are not very helpful and the prices on some things are more than double the price than another local learning express. Only shopped there oit of convenience but will no longer shop their due to the price differences
