The candy selection is great, but we had difficulty navigating the store because boxes of product were everywhere. I even tripped on one that was right near the entrance display.

there's two ppl that work here and one is a taller person with an earring and a beard and the other seems to me to be his loveable sidekick and they helped us find pink gummy bears and just great vibes 5/5

The idea is fun but the execution needs attention. We bought saltwater taffy that was hard as a rock (I didn't notice until I got home as my kid was carrying the bags), the store itself was a bit disheveled, candy on the floor, multiple boxes on the floor mid-restock, cabinets open. Sparsely stocked, bins low. Could have been an off day (1pm on a Friday) but if I go back I'll definitely inspect the candy before leaving. Cashier was friendly, recommend the sale table.

Manager smells bad. Rude employees. Cluttered and dirty. it's so gross. A few months ago I over heard employees talking about their manager sleeping on the job so I assume it's an unprofessional environment. I don't recommend it at all.

It looked like they were closing down the store. All the employees were around the store or huddled together throwing away candy into big clear trash bags. Bags left here & there scattered throughout the store. One was in our way while trying to get items. One woman I believe her name tag said Stephanie was very loud talking about her other store and how this is how they did things. I believe she was a ASM. We were looking for chocolate covered honeycomb from the fill up a bag area to pick your own candy. It's our favorite. We didn't see it, asked a younger male employee if they had it still, and he was confused and said they had boxed honeycomb on the shelf. And that's not what we asked about. Most of the fill up a bag area had low to nothing left in the bins so not much to chose from. We then waited at the checkout for a few mins while the employees stood in the middle of the store looking over at us, but not asking if we needed help, just a few feet away from us throwing out expired candy , or candy bars that "felt odd and they (employees) should be able to tell just by the feel if its bad" according to the ASM Stephanie who acted like she was the CEO of the company talking down to the girl who asked about the candy bar. After awhile a guy came out with big headphones on from the back of the store , walked over to the other employees, poked his head into the circle of them and said something, finally looked over at us standing there and came waking over to the register to check us out. He apologized to us. The overall experience was definitely the worst one I've had at this location. I've been a SM and I definitely wouldn't of let customers wait that long a few feet away from me without letting them get helped if I was busy or not. Bad customer focus from the ASM. Doesn't matter if it was her store or not, if she was helping them out, you run that store and react with professional urgency to people who are in the store to buy products and give you money. I was embarrassed for them all.

This used to be such a cute little candy boutique but this last time, their supply was LOW! They have bulk candy to put in bags or cute containers and those were very limited. They also usually have a counter selection of chocolates and it was maybe 1/3 full. You definitely pay for the atmosphere and "cuteness" so we were bummed to find that atmosphere missing.

This place has one of the best gummy candy selections I've seen in a while. Gummies are my favorite candy and they have so many great ones here. I love their pineapple, grape and lime ones, but they also have really cool boozy ones, as well as these delicious jelly filled whales. My wife is a Kit Kat fanatic and they have a whole wall with different varieties of them from Japan. There's a ton of different eclectic candies and drinks, it's pretty hard not to find something awesome to enjoy. This is one of my favorite places to stop in Natick Mall. I highly recommend you check it out.

Got some macarons this past weekend and they tasted old and dry like the weren't refrigerated ! most macarons are supposed to be frozen then put in the refrigerator when they are going to sell them! I was so disappointed ! Plus they cost me almost 40 bucks for a dozen! I was even more disappointed when I got home! Never again! Just going to my local bake shop and get them there!

Mediocre Chocolate truffle I had. Was a bit hard from outside. It was a bit pricey though.
