Pretty sure I was being profiled today during my fitting room experience. I came in around 1pm to try on a few items and had a shopping bag with me. The lady that was working asked how many items I had and then told me to put my shopping bag (which was pretty small) outside the changing room. Customer next to me made a strange face almost like she was shocked the worker asked me to do that. As I left the fitting room I glanced over to another customer who stepped out of her fitting room for a moment and saw shopping bags in her fitting room. I do have neck tattoos and knuckle tats and Iām sure the lady judged me on my appearance.

The customer service at the store did not inform me that returns could be processed online through the post office, instead only offering a gift card for the return. I purchased a pair of pants for the full price of $118 from the Lululemon website, but upon receiving them, I found them to be somewhat ill-fitting. Given that I am soon returning to my home country, I entrusted my friend with the return process. This afternoon, she went to the store in 1245 Worcester Street to return the item, only to discover that a refund to the original payment method required the original credit card used for the purchase; otherwise, she would only receive a gift card. The email correspondence did not clarify that online purchases must be returned in-store with the original payment credit card.
Due to the time difference, it was late at night here, and my friend was unable to contact me directly. Moreover, the critical issue was that the store's customer service did not inform her of the option to return through the post office online, leading her to choose the gift card option instead.
The pants, purchased 10 days ago at full price with tag still on, should have been refunded to the original credit card, yet the store insisted that this was not possible and could only offer a gift card. The return policy is unclear, resulting in a significantly poor customer experience.

The Asian female cashier was not nice and should learn how to fold clothes before putting in a bag. I donāt think she cares about the job. Been there a few times, no one ever said hello. The manager should re-train everyone to not judge and be nice to every race, not only care and greet white people. Noticed a few times at this Lululemon.

I had an amazing experience at Lululemon in Natick thanks to Ibra! He was super friendly and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he made the shopping experience enjoyable.

An Asian female staff (she said her name's Tracy) was extremely rude, and this is not the first time. Today, I went to return an item and showed her the purchase record, but she didn't offer any explanation. Instead, she rudely asked me for my ID. I was shocked. In all my years shopping at Lululemon, I've never been treated like this. I do not recommend shopping at this store.

Store gets a bit warm, they do have an air conditioner in one corner of the store. They have all the basic styles and most of the colors. Not much on sale.

Placed an order in this specific Lululemon store because this was the only place that āhadā the backpack that I wanted and it was the closest to me. I was stuck in traffic for an hour on a Sunday just for them to tell me that they donāt know where the backpack is because āthey cannot find their merchandiseā so theyāre just going to cancel my order ? and he suggested that I drive to another Lululemon. What a horrible experience. I would never go back to this Lululemon again nor believe that they have anything that they say they have online to go and pick up at this store specifically because obviously they donāt. Their employees are very unprofessional and obviously they donāt know where any of their product is or what theyāre doing in their store. Will never recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience in the Nattick Lululemon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jenny was awesome, she greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me exchange some shirts for new ones. She made the process very easy and again was extremely helpful!

I had a terrible experience at this lululemon store last week when I tried to return a gift I received. The staff member, an Asian lady, was clearly annoyed that I didn't have a gift receipt. She was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. She didn't give me a receipt or a physical gift card. I assumed I could just find it in my lululemon account when I got home, but to my surprise, the gift card balance was empty. This whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service from lululemon. Avoid this store if you can!
