I love LuLu as a rule but this is the first location (Natick) I’ve been to where not one salesperson (and I saw at least 6) stopped talking to other salespeople to say hello or see if I needed help. I was there for about 5 minutes walking around looking for something and they could have cared less. I’ll still will shop lulu but I’ll go where the staff are smiling and helpful- basically any other location!

Terrible experience from your employees . I shop often in Lulu and when I get an attitude and ZERO help it doesn’t fun to shop. Not recommended shopping there . Do yourself a favor shop in another lululemon store.

Had a tremendous experience. Live in Orlando, came home to MA for a visit — after ordering a pair of shorts in Florida that never arrived to our apartment — was told down there to pound sand in effect.Explained the situation at lulu in the natick mall, their response to which brought back my faith in the company. We found a guest resolution, and we’re helped finding a couple of items and hemming leggings.Overall 50/10 experience. Thank you to Lauren, Olivia and Kendall. Made my day.

Do yourself a favor and get new employees. They are ruining this location. I shop in Lulu often but at this location they could care less about anyone and offer ZERO help. Get some secret shoppers in there and clean house.

Hi Lululemon, I recently got back from visiting a lululemon store in Natick Mall. I'm writing today because I experienced discrimination at this store and it looks like the brand is making an effort to eliminate this type of behavior with in your establishments. Upon arrival I received no greeting even though I stood within 15-20 ft from the register. My grandmother and I browsed te store for about 15 to 20 minutes and no one came to ask if I needed assistance with sizes or styles of any sort. In addition to being ignored my the entire shopping experience; I stood in from of the register to pay I was ignored for 2 mins as the employee didn't acknowledge me while she Removed lint from pants. After 2-3 mins of being ignored an employee also at the register offered to help. I don't think removing lint from pants is more important than assisting a customer with purchasing an item Specially at the expense of making a customer feel ignored and insignificant. One employee was removing lint from pants and I find it really interesting that she couldn't take two seconds to say hello when I stood right in front of her to pay for my item. I'm a woman of color in this type of discrimination is not foreign to me I made her aware how I felt and did not get to purchase my item because this made me upset. I'm a paying customers and a guest at the store. I should be treated with more respect, its basic human decency. It is my hope that employers train their employees to treat everyone with the same respect and dignity we all deserve regardless of how they look and the color of their skin. Before visiting Lululemon I went to Warby Parker and bath and Bodyworks in my experience was the complete opposite upon arrival the employees greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. If you ever wonder why these companies are in business, you gotta wonder if it's their products or customer service that keeps patrons from returning. Frequent lululemon shopper. These leggings are the BEST! Great material, comfortable, durable... You just NEED at least one pair in your life. But this location; the WORST! Avoid this location. You better come in knowing exactly what you need, you better know what size you wear, (I'm normally an 8 in bottoms but a 6 in lululemon sizing), you better know the difference in all the leggings, and DONT even think about asking for help! Also good luck finding the right size in what you want.. I felt like I was going through the bins of a goodwill outlet. So messy! I came into the fitting room 30 min before closing with the goal of quickly trying on 2 pairs of leggings and going to check out as soon as I saw what size fit better. (I already knew what style I had and wanted because I was simply there to get another pair of lulus that I had back home. When I approached the fitting room gal, I had to wait to get acknowledged and then had to wait to get the fitting rooms sanitized. Out of the 8 rooms, one was occupied and the rest weren't sanitized. All the girls that worked there talked about what time they were leaving and who had to work when. No one offered any assistance and when I DID need a 6 in the joggers I couldn't find in the mess of a wall, the girl seemed SO bothered! When she came back, she brought a 6 in a different color (camo instead of black) and said "the black isn't out there but here's a 6 for you to try on". Not a word about whether they have a 6 in the back or if I can order it. She didn't even call me by name or knock on my door and quickly hung the joggers on the outdoor handle. When I opened the door to see if she was mumbling to me, she again looked annoyed and said "yea I said I hung them on the door". Anywho, I grabbed the pair I was buying and went to the cashier. The next incompetent associate rang me up with absolutely no life in her, and sent me off without even offering a "thanks for shopping with us" or "we'll see you next time". The next morning as I was putting my leggings on to go to the airport (3:45am wake up call for a 6am departure time), I realized the gal never took off the security sensor. Are. You. Kidding. Me??! I bought these specifically for comfort flying out the next morning. Anywho, going in to this location, you're paying for quality of CLOTHES.... definitely not service. Like not even a penny goes for service.

I have never had good experiences in Lululemon with the staff that work there. However, I decided to give it one more shot and the staff at this location were very nice and welcoming. Very pleased with this location and will be returning.
