I remember the times when you could get quality at a great price... perhaps I haven't been there in a while but its like they are clearing out ...
I couldnt even find a 50% off section.
The little lady at the register was pleasant and really working! She was the only register open for miles... come on Macys, bring back quality pricing and coupons that a person can use.. The person who did Marketing/pricing 5 years ago!
The one day sale that started on Wednesday ....
I suggest a cost analysis on a coupon basis.... and SAC the person who made no coupons on Specials a thing... what are these weird brands you are, madison Ave and off 5th......

Tried to place an order they said they couldn’t ship.. I am in NJ. “Manager” advised she was busy and could not do anything for me but place item on hold IF she found it WHEN she had time to find it.. my pregnant sister was willing to go get the item, yet your “manager” did everything possible to NOT get the sale. Yalls conversion must be great at that store to treat costumers with such lack of respect. Tried calling for 2 days straight.. is it store policy to NOT answer stores phone? Specially in the mens department?

Most of the dressing rooms were closed with no sign pointing towards the open one. Even the non-sales racks were incredibly disorganized. I couldn't figure out who was an employee and who wasn't when I was trying to buy new shoes, so I just didn't get any. The thrift store near my house is more organized and has better service overall. I will avoid coming back to this Macy's.
I gave two stars instead of one because the clerk at checkout gave me an extra discount I wasn't expecting. That was pretty sweet.

Great location, easy access to the store, friendly staff, though will find some good deals, but not really, found the store a little over priced. But I guess was just the location.

It is very hard to find clothing in the store since everything is now set up by the designer. My wife was very frustrated and left the store.I love Macy's but shop mostly online.
