Got a good car here. Unfortunately, the manager that Ross brought us to was very rude to my mother and would say things like “I don’t care about that” while she said something. He also corrected a figure of speech she made like he was an English teacher. Completely unnecessary. We came in with knowledge and were treated like we knew nothing. Ross as well had a big mood switch when we started negotiating. Would be a 1/5 if I didn’t get a decent car. Unprofessional.

Patrick Gloss gave us 6 star service at MetroWest Subaru! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Since we were purchasing our first EV (we bought the Solterra), he answered all our questions and assisted us through the whole process. Patrick & his colleagues, spent over 2 hours showing us how to setup all the electronics & explained how to get the most mileage per charge. In addition, the business manager made filling out all the paperwork very smooth and there was no pressure to purchase additional items.We have bought several cars over the years, MetroWest Subaru was the best dealership we dealt with.

We purchased the car here and while it isn't the closest for us to go and get our services done, we feel it's the best Subaru to do it. They always treat us very well and are helpful, clear and concise during the service appointment. Lastly, they usually run ahead of the estimated time to complete the service, which is always a plus.

I had a great experience working with Jake McEvoy on the purchase of my new automobile. This dealership was a little further away, but Carol on their team was fast to contact me and followed up again once it was evident I was interested. When I arrived to inspect the vehicle and determine whether it was a good fit for me, Jake was really polite, he showed me the vehicle and answered all of my concerns. It was worth the drive to MetroWest Subaru because I did not have the same experience at a nearby dealer.Because it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, I was anxious and afraid of the decision, making such a major purchase and fear of not getting overcharged. I believed that working with someone who was kind, welcoming and positive would make the whole thing more fun. You also want someone who will be as straightforward and truthful as possible.Jake's assistance, honesty, and openness made this aspect of the process go more smoothly. He also made some of the tedious tasks go faster by chatting with me. Essentially, I was satisfied with my Legacy and would definitely return/refer others in the future for vehicle purchases.

I went to MetroWest Subaru for the first time to have a service appointment. I live in Waltham, and have gone to the dealership I bought the car and another local dealership which I prefer not to name. As the dealership in which I bought the car is now a bit far from me , and as I am on the service plan, I choose to go to a closer dealership. I have to say, I was so impressed with how efficient things ran, and friendly and professional (even wearing uniform shirts to easily identify) the staff were, and how together the overall operation ran. Chan was GREAT - thanks Chan for the great experience and your professionalism. Melissa, although I did not engage with her much, was really nice as well. I was given an accurate time frame of how long the service would take (also needed my front right passenger tire examined as it was losing air and was told about 60 -90 minutes) and I went up to the waiting area which is well supplied with coffee, snacks, water, large and quite comfortable. They even have a quiet room dedicated for those needing to work or just be in a quiet non -talking space. My car was taken right away, on time per my appointment, and it was done within the time frame. Upon checking out I was very pleased to learn there was no charge for fixing the plug with a patch (nice and customer building) and on top of it, I was given a complimentary car wash for Scrub A Dub, located nearby. Again, great touch - the cherry on the top kind of touch. Additionally, all my tire PSI perfectly matched, which was an issue post my last service at the other dealership. Overall I feel the caliber of this dealership is very high, and as I told Chan, should I look to purchase another Subaru, I will absolutely go to their dealership given how well run the service department is and it proximity So, Kudos to the MetroWest team - they do it right!

We've purchased multiple cars from MetroWest and had them serviced there as well; service has always been excellent.I recently had an issue with the finance department and a really slow refund on a canceled warranty, and once the GM Chris got involved, he resolved it and hand delivered me a check all within 2 hours.This is the type of great service and attitude which keep us coming back to MetroWest.

Incredible service! We reached out to the team at MetroWest after waking up one morning to find our mirror was hit by an unknown driver. The MetroWest Service team was so helpful and made this unexpected ordeal so convenient and easy.When we mentioned it might be difficult to coordinate getting to Natick, the team suggested the valet service. And it was amazing! We received a window of time and the driver Josh was very punctual.Mike on the service team explained the details, cost, and work was done very quickly. Then car was dropped off in our driveway. Literally that easy.Definitely recommend the service team at MetroWest.

Great customer service! I have been a customer for years, so I was surprised and disappointed when my recent car service was not done properly. I called and asked for clarification and explained the issue, and they immediately apologized and offered a few options to rectify the situation. They ended up driving out to pick up my car the next day, took it back and re-did the service (they even comped a necessary repair that had been missed during the first service), and then brought my car back same day! Huge thank you to Mike, Josh, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to fix the situation! Mistakes happen, and I really appreciate the way this was handled.

Mike Buono - The Service Advisor You deserve zero stars. I'm taking time to write this review. Since I interacted just with Mr Buono for getting service advice for my vehicle this review/credits should only apply to him. I was at Metro West Subaru few weeks ago for vehicle service. I was first greeted my Mr Buono who sits right at the entrance and he asked me what I'm looking to do today. I mentioned various different issues/concerns with the car, please note some of these include concerns that are covered by warranty. My car is still under that 36k miles warranty. There are other things which would fall under general maintenance. which I'm aware of. He brings me the quote of 800$. I took some time to look at the various things that will be covered by the service and I requested Mr Buono the price breakdown for the each service, that's fine if they don't have a breakdown of the prices or they don't provide such info customers. But here is when things changed, I see change in Mr Buono's behavior, the way he talks and his body language. I was astonished by this guy's sheer arrogance... wow I've never seen such a rudest service advisor so far. This is my fifth car and l lived different states but this guy's condescending behavior shocked me. The moment I asked for the breakdown of prices Mr Buono's tone of voice changes, he looks at the service quote randomly gives me the number how much it would cost me for each service and that doesn't even match up for 800$ quote he initially gave me. He looks at his computer and says we are bringing up things which would be covered under warranty and "we are trying to achieve by bringing those up"?? And keep saying that "this transaction is not clear" I want to know what does he mean by that statement. I have a simple question to Mr Buono if he buys a car with any company which offer 35k miles warranty for certain things. Would you like to take care of those issues under warranty or you will pay out of pocket?? During this conversation Mr Buono's face changes,he can't sit,he leaves back to service area which is behind him and goes to restroom. He can't answer any of the questions I asked him, he said I don't care and don't come to Metro West Subaru go else where... woah!! What a rude behavior for an employee working at a company.I work at a company too where I interact with 100 customers on daily basis but not like this. I have a question for Mr Buono, he just talks to everyone else like this or just me because the way I looked? Even Subaru CEO could been better I guess. He asked not to visit Metro West service Station, I'm still not over it. Just wow!! I really love Subaru cars, in fact my friend brought one upon my advice. Because of this gentleman I lost my opinion on the brand itself. Seriously whoever is managing this guy need to put him under some training.

Best Parts/Service department experience of any Subaru dealership I've visited. Late hours are incredibly convenient for someone who has a 9-5 job.If I decide to buy a new Subaru I will give them my business based on this.

Poor sales follow up from Carol after the initial conversation. She talked the car up at first but I waited days for more information about the vehicle I inquired about. I had to the find the window sticker and pictures myself online when they were available after being told all would be sent. Then I had to text to let the sales person know I had the information as a buyer. Then was told I couldn’t buy the vehicle because I don’t live in New England. We didn’t want the car prior to this conversation after looking over the photos closer as a couple. Customer service and follow up could be improved. Why post on Autotrader if you are going to discriminate against people who are shopping around for a specific vehicle? As a loyal Subaru customer this was a bad experience.

Mr. Morse and his colleagues provided professional and efficient high quality services! I would strongly recommend this dealership!My car had a bump on the curbstone and hit the bottom of engine cabin in a dark night. I had a business travel the next day and I had to make sure the car is in adequate condition before I leave. I found their Express Service was still available till the night, so I drove my car to this dealership at 7:30 pm without an appointment.They welcomed me warmly and listened to my concerns carefully. They checked everything in detail and reassured me with patient explanations of their exam results. I was back on road after ~45 min confident and comfortably.I have been doing maintenance with them since I moved to Boston, but it was the first time I needed to get some urgent help. This team works really hard so their customers could get a strong hand when they are in need. We feel very lucky to have them as our support.FIVE-STAR service team!
