Beware of these thugs! Installed exhaust system for my honda. They use the worst parts which are not made to last more than a year. They made a fake, welded together pipe without a real muffler and welded it to the catalytic converter. This company should be banned from working in cars.

I needed 4 new tires an oil change and a mysterious rattling noise fixed. I went to Midas for the first time because my mechanic for years now works there. Rob is the best. Everything done in one day at a very reasonable price. I will be going to Midas now for all my auto needs.

Terrible time management! Left my car for 4 tires replacement at 2:15 PM and waited it till 5:07 PM. Not a single notice about possible delays and jammed schedule from the manager in almost 3 hours. Disappointed in Midas services. Lost 3 meetings:(

Every time I see their sign I get sick. Sick of their thuggish behavior when they try to get rid of you when you go do a service because you did a three year alignment package with them, WHICH THEY’LL NOT HONOR. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THUGS. SCAM ?

I brought a $25 coupon for a conventional oil change.
When I picked up the car, I was asked to pay $108. I was shocked because I was told at that point by the front desk staff that the car called for a synthetic oil change. I didn't know a car could call and they didn't even give me a call.

I went to Natick Midas and my experience was the best. I told them my car was vibrating while driving and when I braked. I mentioned that the car had new brakes and rotors put on Oct 2023 so they should be under warranty. I had them done by Auburn MIDAS. Where my experience was the worst as is evident by the quality of brakes and routers that I received from AUBURN MIDAS. Mike in Natick was kind enough to explain how the warranty process worked and recommended I go to Westboro Midas to have it fixed due to how the warranty worked. Which I appreciated his honesty. It did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. It's nice to see that although MIDAS needs to make money that NATICK MIDAS does what is necessary to be honest and upfront about what can be done to save the customer money. These type of repairs are expensive and come out of no where. Thank you Natick MIDAS. Keep up the good and honest work.

I have been bringing my vehicles to this Midas location for 10 years, always great service, timely repairs and all at a great value! I think just about every employee here is or has used them for some type of repair! Awesome staff!

$104 for an oil change is not cool. I scheduled an oil change online and added "change air filter" but then when I walked in I told the front desk person that I don't need that anymore. He was at least polite about it. Then they charged me $104 for an oil change, out of which $75 was labor fee. Under what circumstances would the labor fee be so high. Also they didn't even change my oil filter. My last time here only spent $55 and they changed both my oil and oil filter. Use your own judgement

My 2007 Toyota's rear under carriage shield, (all rusted) started making noise as I was driving. Took it to Midas in Natick and they took care of it in 15 minutes. Very helpful staff with a smiling service. Gentleman at reception (Mike Shivick) greeted everyone so pleasantly. Highly recommend Midas at 840 Worcester Rd in Natick.
