I have been taking my vehicle to Middlesex Auto Body for years to deal with small paint chips and touch ups - Jeff has always been super responsive and helpful even for small jobs such as these. He is very thorough and checks to see if there is any rust developing before repainting the touched up area. He does excellent work and has helped keep my car’s exterior looking like new and free from rust.

Middlesex Auto has completed repairs for me on multiple occasions (most recently was this past month but also over the past 5 years) and I would definitely continue to bring my car here in the future. They are consistently so easy to work with, they manage all of the insurance billing and do great work. I would definitely recommend them for your repair needs. :)

I recently had my bumper replaced on my Subaru Impreza after I was rear-ended. I had the other driver’s insurance info and took it to Middlesex Auto Body and they handled everything! They were so easy to work with, got the work done faster than I expected and after I dropped it off I didn’t have to talk to the insurance company again, Jeff got everything sorted. It was great working with a local, family owned shop.

Jeff and his team at Middlesex Auto were superb in all respects. They are expert at the technical repair, but are also great at working with the insurance companies, managing expectations all the while. Jeff is thoughtful and focused on the customer satisfaction during a stressful time for the car owner. The extra effort to detail the car so it's clean when you pick it up, is a very nice touch. Absolutely great customer service. We had a small job but had great difficulty getting it completed due to supply chain issues, etc. I contacted owner Jeffrey Williams at Middlesex and he got the problem solved. It was not easy for him either and we had some delays, but none of them were his fault. He stayed on the issue, communicated frequently and clearly, and ultimately fixed the problem.I hope I don't need their services for a larger issue but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeffrey and Middlesex for a large job.This is a third generation family business. I believe Jeff's Dad and grandfather would be proud of the way he runs the shop.

They did a great job repairing my car after I backed into a tree. They worked with the insurance appraisers, kept me informed and answered all my questions. I will never go anywhere else.
