There are too many people to name here, but some of my favorite crew leads are Rawn, Andrei T, Carlos, Bob, Andrei R, Branislav, and Marius.2) Estimates are fair, thorough and transparent (I love Eddie in sales).3) They also have fantastic move coordinators who will make sure all of the details are buttoned up and check in with you along the way.4) Everyone behind the scenes at the warehouses, in operations, finance/billing and other back office operations are a pleasure to work with as well. Their storage facilities are large, clean, and efficiently run.5) When something doesn’t go according to plan (let’s face it, it happens occasionally), Olympia does everything they can to make it right. “Amazing guys. Very nice, never complained, they ran into a couple issues with the apartment complex and they just figured it out! I didn’t even know they had issues until afterward. So professional! And I wasn’t sure my couch was going to fit up the stairs here in Boston but they tried their hardest and got it up there! They easily could’ve said it doesn’t fit so they wouldn’t have to bother it. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future!!”

“Extremely happy with how my move with Deon’s went! They were super efficient even with 2 pickup stops and took great care with my items. The pricing was very transparent and I knew exactly what to expect based on the timing. They checked multiple times to make sure I was happy with how everything went and both men were very pleasant. The only thing that caught me off guard was upon booking when I received a text message request for a deposit which hadn’t been discussed before hand. I had no problem providing a deposit but I would have liked to been informed before hand that I’d be receiving that notification because I was a bit concerned it was spam. Otherwise, everything was perfect!”
“Seamless, efficient, thorough, and attentive from start to finish! Berto and Brock are a wonderful team. They had pre-scouted the destination to ensure that they brought the appropriate truck to navigate the curved driveway, and looked at the path from the driveway to the bulkhead, etc., so that moving day was seamless.
On moving day, they arrived right when expected and were great. They kept the washer + dryer/their platforms well cushioned, and moved them with care to the destination location.
Similarly, they were truly a well-oiled machine, loading their truck with items that needed to move from the W/D destination to our current home. They were undeterred by the variety of item sizes and were equally deft at unloading the truck toward the end of the move.
We cannot overstate how terrific Santos was to work with, from our initial communications with Jessica, all the way through the move itself.”

“These guys were great. I was priced at $200 for two hours with a two man crew working on a two-bedroom move out. The next day they showed upright on time with a three man crew for no additional cost. They were fast and easy to work with. The move itself was very straightforward.
Unfortunately, my work/gaming monitor was damaged during the move, but they were kind enough to let me replace it with a a screen they had of their own for no charge.
Eric demonstrated extreme patience throughout this process and made it very clear that his top priority was satisfying his customers.”
