“Ive rented a lot of trucks and trailers from a lot of u-hauls. The experience is...never seamless. We regularly get trailers here and they do a really nice job. The labor market is tough. Things are expensive. I've never worked for them but I'm sure corporate doesn't make things easy. We were in 4x over the last week (we did a lot of moving of things!) and the manager on duty did his best every time despite not having a lot of help. Two of the four times the guy clearly trying to take a lunch and didn't have coverage. We left stuff in our trailer and he was great about helping us get it back. So, this review is mostly for manager Mike who is doing the best he can and has a smile on his face. Call ahead and pack a little patience when you go; it's busy season for these guys.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Carmel Movers. From the moment of the first phone call, to the in home survey, and then to the phenomenal moving team out of our prior home and into our new home it was a tremendous experience. This is a first class organization and one that I highly recommend. Two entire truck loads and not one thing damaged. Thank you Carmel Movers!”
“Gustavo, Edrardo, Jason and Adam were great. Gustavo was a very good leader to his team. Very professional, kind and caring!
They took great pride in their work and they were a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed sharing lunch with them and getting to know each of them better. Super team!!”

“We had a fantastic experience with Boston Best Rate Movers! Our moving team was Sergio, Rafael, and Nelson. They arrived on time and got right to work. They’re super fast, efficient, and skillful in packing boxes and moving large furniture. We had three stops in our move (picking up items from two places), including complete packing at one of the stops. The team was very fast and got everything done in about 6 hours. Sergio even fixed a table leg that had been broken before the movers arrived and we hadn’t had a chance to fix yet. They also disassembled and reassembled a somewhat complicated bedframe with zero issues. Thanks so much to the team for making our move easy and stress-free!”
“Thoroughly impressed! Excellent customer service. Attention to detail. Kind, polite and thoughtful movers. No mess left behind. Price even came in below the estimate. Absolutely wonderful experience and we won’t hesitate to hire them again.”
“What fun!! Two hardworking men showed up early and managed to plow through 30 years of garage junk. It was amazing to watch. We worked with them until they drove away and then we did a happy dance! We'll hit the attic next and then the basement. All the reviews I read were spot on with praise for this company.”
“This was our 5th move with Gentle Giant and it was excellent. The pre move communication was flawless and the move team was super professional, organized hardworking and kind. We love Gentle Giant and always recommend them to friends.”

“Excellent overall experience. The estimate and all costs were clearly communicated (and accurate), the moving team worked quickly but handled all my belongings with care, and they were able to take away some furniture that I no longer wanted as part of the process (no separate trip for junk removal).”

“Brave Movers exceeded every expectation! Sam and his teammate were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They moved all of our belongings from Boston to New York City with such care and professionalism, making what could have been a stressful move feel completely seamless.
What really stood out was their attitude—they built all of our furniture quickly and carefully, all with smiles on their faces. They were friendly, hardworking, and efficient. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask.
If you're looking for a moving company that's reliable, kind, and goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Brave Movers enough. Thank you, Sam, and the whole team, for making our move such a great experience!”

“Olympia moving did a great job with our move from Philadelphia to CT. Everything went as planned. All of our belongings arrived safely in our new location. The entire team from estimating to service to moving and delivery did a great job! I am recommending Olympia to my son and daughter in law for their upcoming move.”
“Limitless movers were timely, efficient and beyond professional. Pricing is fair. Additionally, Vlad-who manages the team-is a great communicator. He returns calls and texts so promptly-how refreshing! I highly recommend this company!!”
“Was so appreciative of the quick response from this company! We called 3 days prior to move and they had 2 guys readily available on a Saturday to pack up and move a 1BR for us. They were early and clearly have been doing this for years. They dismantled any furniture that needed to be, wrapped all precious items, and were able to load the truck for 1 visit. They then brought all furniture in and assembled quickly and easily and courteous to other people in the senior living center. HIGHLY recommend!”

“Angel, Rudolph, and Anzavier provided quick and professional service. We were very impressed with Angel’s ability to size up our goods to maximize our air freight while keeping within our weight allowance. To our amazement, the 3 men were able to complete all of the packing in one work day to leave just the loading for tomorrow to keep within our 2 day move requirement.”
“Professional, courteous and accomodating movers. They arrived on time. Actual time was close to original estimate. Both personnel work quickly and tirelessly the entire time. I would use them again”
“After 20 years my husband and I had to move to a new place. We had used Santos a few years ago for a smaller job, moving about 8 pieces of furniture, and were very happy with their service and care of the items so used them for this big move including junk removal. Completely satisfied again with their service. Communication from the office was great! Movers were on time and ready to go each day. Accommodating to our needs, and putting everything exactly where we pointed. And no breakage or damage! Highly recommend Santos.”

“Amazing guys. Very nice, never complained, they ran into a couple issues with the apartment complex and they just figured it out! I didn’t even know they had issues until afterward. So professional! And I wasn’t sure my couch was going to fit up the stairs here in Boston but they tried their hardest and got it up there! They easily could’ve said it doesn’t fit so they wouldn’t have to bother it. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future!!”

“I recently rented a storage unit and had a great experience. The facility was clean, well organized, and easy to access. Lauren at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. She made everything simple and stress-free and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service — I highly recommend this location!”
“They helped me move an upright piano. I'd had some rough experiences with small movers in the Boston area but Chris and Bill were spot on, very humble throughout the process, navigated whatever challenges popped up along the process, and gave me the best quote to boot. I would happily take them on for small-to-medium moving jobs in the future.”
