“Ive rented a lot of trucks and trailers from a lot of u-hauls. The experience is...never seamless. We regularly get trailers here and they do a really nice job. The labor market is tough. Things are expensive. I've never worked for them but I'm sure corporate doesn't make things easy. We were in 4x over the last week (we did a lot of moving of things!) and the manager on duty did his best every time despite not having a lot of help. Two of the four times the guy clearly trying to take a lunch and didn't have coverage. We left stuff in our trailer and he was great about helping us get it back. So, this review is mostly for manager Mike who is doing the best he can and has a smile on his face. Call ahead and pack a little patience when you go; it's busy season for these guys.”

“Hello,I am writing to let you know that on Tuesday November 21,2023,a crew from your company was sent to our school, the Joseph Hurley School in Boston's South End.They delivered and installed 6 large storage cabinets. The quality of the work was superb from beginning to end. They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Every member of the crew was on task. When they arrived and delivered the first cabinet we informed them that they needed to be anchored to the wall for safety reasons. They measured and designed the best way to make sure the cabinets were not only anchored but leveled as well. They left to get the materials needed to do the job properly. The crew returned with ALL of the equipment and tools needed to do a PERFECT job. Ionel Caspreac and the rest of the crew did not cut corners or settled for mediocre work. Instead they made sure that the cabinets were safely anchored, leveled and centered to the long wall. I can not thank them enough. It is refreshing to have work like this be done. From the first phone call, to the follow up on person home visit to assess the scope of work, this was so well done.On moving day Rudy and the crew showed up, in late March, during one of those really fun snow days we came to love. Normally, this isn’t a problem, they were so good at moving things with no issues to the truck and bringing it to the new home. Here’s where experience pays off… unknown to us the road with the new home has had issues with paving- the city misses it routinely. Turning onto the street you go down a hill, and we nearly hit the snow bank at the bottom. The moving crew was able to safely land the moving truck in the snow bank and make their way down the slippery road.Once at the house they were so fast at unloading things and always checked in about where something should go if it was a large rug or furniture item.Trust makes the difference between professionals and anyone running ads on CL so very clear. Their services include day of move packing, they make this process as quick as can be and takes a lot of the pressure off if you.The pricing was a deal, so I can’t recommend them enough.Props to the owner for running such great company, and to Rudy and the crew for making this happen, even under less than desired circumstances”
