If there is a way that you could put no stars I would. I wish I could describe all of the troubles I have had with this bank. I am a college student who really depends on my debit card to be able to buy my own groceries. So on January 7 my card got frauded and needed a new card. My university is in another state so I needed to call Mutual One to get a new one. Everything is going fine on the call and I want to reassure the customer service person my address. I specifically repeat the address to then 3 times and what happens... You guessed it! they sent to wrong address. So I call back 2 weeks later and I come to find out the address is wrong. I am a patient guy and understand we are all humans and so I just tell them my address again and make sure it is totally correct on my banking app. Now they say that they have delivered my card and everything is peaches and cream, Right! NO! I have been waiting for 2 and a half weeks for my card now to come. I have been calling the past couple days and the bank people have been reassuring me that delivery has been very slow. 2 and a half weeks slow?? What are you guys making a sherpa climb mount everest to get these these cards and bring them over to Natick, Massachusetts? I called today and the poor worker has to deal with my frustratio. I asked him if there is a way he can track my card and they can't. How stupid is it that? This bank either needs to get with the times of today or just go out of business. I usually respect up and coming companies but hou guys are horrible. Thank for making my life harder and I hope one day I can buy you guys out and tear this establishment to the ground.

Just went to the Mutual One Bank in Natick, and asked for a roll of quarters, ($10) and was denied the exchange, the reason, I did not have an account with them. I live in downtown Natick and I have NEVER had any issues with any of the other banks in town. As a long time resident of Natick, I would not recommend this unfriendly bank.

Very friendly staff. The reason for my two stars is the wait time…. when you use the drive up teller to deposit a check it takes a very long time every time I have been here. Not just a few minutes either, always waiting at least 10-15 min. Not sure if they are short staffed or something but it should not take 10-15 min to deposit a check.

One of several downtown Natick banks. This one has a handy 24 hrs accessible ATM machine. Worth a visit to enjoy the grand original Natick Federal Savings Bank building alone!

Been a member of this bank since 1993 and have stayed with them strictly for the service they are usually always the best in that area.Almost always the same friendly faces and some I have known for many many years.

This is for the Natick branch. We came in to drop off an already filled out application for a small loan. So far we've been waiting for HALF AN HOUR to talk to the only guy who can take the info. This customer service is a joke. Wishing we had chosen a different bank altogether. At least a different branch. AVOID
