Nice little wine shop, right here in the western side of Natick. I went for beer and found quite a variety including a number of local area brews, some refrigerated and others shelved. The only drawback is that some shelves did not clearly display a clear price for each variety. But the staff were pretty friendly and checkout was a breeze.

I used to go regularly because they were the one store that consistently had my favorite bourbon - Buffalo Trace. They still have it now but it's in the back and you have to ask for it. That's fine with me but I went in the other day, asked for it and he said he had it but didn't want to sell it. What the hell does that mean? He's in business to sell things but doesn't want to sell me one bottle of bourbon? So weird. I'll never go back.

Save yourself the trouble and high prices and go somewhere else. This place is a joke. The cashier is rude and they hold back certain (bottles) for permission of the owner, who’s schedule is apparently variable. Certainly try to support local business over the big brands, but don’t bother with these clowns!

Save yourself the trouble and go to Total Wine or Wegmans. Prices are high and the cashier is rude. They won't sell particular bottles without "permission of the owner", and his schedule is apparently variable, so you just have to keep coming in until you find him. So much for trying to support a local business over the big boxes....

Small, simple and fair prices. Great selection of alcohol for the size of the shop, and conveniently next to a grocery store, pharmacy and a few restaurants.

I walk in the store and the lady working was completely rude to me the entire time. I wanted to buy a 30 of Budweiser and she gave me a hard time the entire time in the store. I was totally respectful the whole time and in return I get a rude employee.

I've been a long-time customer at Natick Wine and Spirits - long before the new owners took over. It's basically a father and son team who are nice people. However, there's a woman that works there that is so unfriendly and rude that I will no longer purchase anything from this store m. Quite frankly, I'm surprised that the owners allow her to have any contact with customers. Businesswise, they're not doing their customers or their selves any favors. Won't be back.
