Store fine.Café ebar employees were young and not service friendly. Not attentive. Were more interested in conversations between themselves than making my mocha properly. Was terrible. Tasted like water. Lukewarm. Kicker was when the girl gave me my drink she didn't even look at me our say anything except talk to her co-worker. Service and quality are everything. Will never got another coffee or anything else there!

Had a wonderful shopping experience with Corinne. Went after my aunt told me about a great recent experience with Penelope. After having someone recommend pieces based on my style/size/preferences this is the only way I want to shop :)

The customer service is here is amazing, every time I’ve gone they are so helpful and make returns easy. I can’t say the same for nordstrom rack which continually tells the opposite information that Nordstrom knows to be their policy. For this reason, I’d prefer to go to Nordstrom! The sales associate that helped check me out was so nice and easygoing and his manager was also helpful, and made everything a breeze! Love nordstrom!!

Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.

I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.

This is a nice Nordstrom with a lot of high end designer fashions. Much better than the ones in Burlington & Peabody MA that have nothing cool. The sales lady was very nice too, great shopping experience.

I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

I'm getting really tired of the vibe in the makeup and beauty department. There is always so much pressure from all of the sales people to buy items as quickly as possible. I don't know if they are working in a toxic environment or what is going on. Nordstrom probably ought to pay their employees more. Today I went to return a perfume that I felt pressured into buying when all I wanted was a sample to begin with. I ended up not liking the sent and went to return it. The salesperson (not even the woman I bought it from) was so cold the moment I said I was returning it. It was so uncomfortable, and I'm basically out of patience with my experience here. I don't know if I'll return again.

Older women with glasses at Chanel counter, with accent and dark hair didn’t want to help me. I don’t know why they have all the old women working there at cosmetics. They have no idea about makeup or trends with makeup. It’s a ghost town for sure…

This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.

This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

My fiancé and I had wonderful service today at the shoe department with Christine. Highly recommend finding her when you’re in the shoe dept. She is very friendly and assisted us all the way through check-out.

Service at Nordstrom's is the best! They always take fabulous care of their customers. It's a pleasure to shop there.
