Jonathan at the front desk assisted me in getting 4 brand new tires. I wasn’t sure what I needed for my car when I arrived but after he Jonathan helped me understand the different tire options it really put into perspective what was best for my life-style and car. There was a leak in the brake hose in my car. I just called in the morning and he gave an appointment within a couple of hours. He gave a prompt diagnosis and outlined the precautions that I can take next time a problem like that occurs again. I used to go to firestone before but they have a very painful process and were not very responsible. I’d recommend Mavis for a better customer experience for sure!
