I love Pet Supplies Plus! Associates are always so kind, knowledgable, and happy to help. Their customer service is too tier! From being greeted entering the store to zero self check out lines, I really appreciate the personal interactions here. Amazing prices and great customer rewards that keep both my fur baby and I happy! Shoutout to Art who was our cashier most recently.

Everyone at PSP was excellent. The team members were friendly and provided excellent service. However, they need anti-fatigue matts at the registers and chairs to increase efficiency and so it is clear that the store cares about their team.

Arrow did couple bath times here. Great setup and no technical issue at all. Staff is very friendly. Staff even offer free treat for Arrow. Arrow does not enjoy taking bath, he just want to get out of the place when done :)

I'm not impressed. Selection was limited, I can never find what I'm looking for at these stores. Also, the small animal cages are way too cramped for healthy animals to thrive.
