I have hired Phoenix Moving and Storage Company recently to move to another state on a short notice. I booked them on their website and i had my desired date and time within one hour and within less than 48 hours i was moving.Flat fee was charged and everything was hassle free.Arthur and Alex were so respectful and delivered everything safely and they kept me informed about the ETA.No surprises with this company.I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move stress free.

Phoenix helped me move today. Just stopped by here to say that they are super responsive to emails; very punctual on the day of move, did an amazing job in packing and carrying with utmost care. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much for the great job from start to end, keep being amazing!

Arthur, Alex, and Nick were great, really great. Took care of everything and with such kindness and professionalism. Even when plans changed last minute, they kept their cool and were very helpful. Walter as well - I highly recommend these guys! Thanks gentlemen.

We used Phoenix moving services for our inter-state move and these guys are the best. Walter, our sales rep was able to accommodate all of our requests and made sure the move was seamless to us. The movers did their job very diligently came right on time & packed everything very carefully.One item to point out is they should have been explicit about the package boxing prices as they were disclosed on the day of moving.

Everything went as smoothly as it could. I would definitely use them again next time.Arthur and Alex came right on time at 8am. They also called me 15mins in advance. They moved everything quickly and quietly of the 1-br room apartment in one hour and 15 minutes, including the driving. They were also very polite and explained terms clearly.I called 4 other companies before Phoenix. Phoenix's offer is the most reasonable. I am glad they turn out to be great.

Artur and Alex have helped us for last three moves . Their service is exceptional and professional . They go above and beyond in packaging and moving the luggage. They are very organized and careful with the move. They are also very personable and helpful . The best movers we have hadWe have had very bad experience with other companies . We found Phoenix and manger Walter Very organized and communicative and delivering luggage on a timely manner.

I would give them 10/5 stars if I could! I am so impressed by the whole company! First, Walter the manager is SO accommodating and so quick to respond to me. I had to change my moving date and my moving address and it was absolutely no hassle to do that at all. Walter even responded to me on a holiday to let me know he’s taken care of changing everything and not to worry! Not to mention the quote for my move was more than 50% less of what other moving companies were quoting me!! I was already under a great impression from just this so far!To further impress me, moving day was not stressful at all. I was called 15 mins before Arthur and Alex arrived on time. They immediately started loading all our boxes and carefully disassembling our furniture as well as wrapping it with blankets to avoid damage. They were so quick and efficient, me and my husband were amazed! They went straight to our new house and asked where we wanted our furniture and certain items to go. They worked nonstop and all our items arrived undamaged! The best moving experience we ever had.I will absolutely be using them again if we move!! Highly recommend them! Thank you again Phoenix!

Arthur and Alex were at my home right on time (along with a prior 15 minute call advising of their arrival) - they were thorough and quick to get all the items on their truck and then off to where they needed to be unloaded. They were cordial and super easy to work with. I would totally recommend this company! Thanks again!
