Pierce is the only the place I go to fix my cars. David and his team is the best. I had few accidents and David made my cars look new. Corrine is very friendly and always update me the status. Love Pierce. Good job.

Pierce Collision does a fantastic job from start to finish of their body work. Corinne who works in the office is very friendly and professional and answered my phone calls with immediate and honest expectations of the repair. She completed all of the paper work with my insurance company and even arranged for me to have a rental car for a day towards the end of the repair which I didn’t need because the repair was finished early. I asked for the number of the car rental place and she said she would take care of cancelling it! Car accidents are stressful but Pierce Collison repaired my car so that it looks brand new. The ease of doing business with Pierce was a pleasure. Thank you!

I highly recommend this body shop and have even referred another family member to them. Since I've been their customer before, I know the great work they do. The entire experience from front to finish was awesome! Diane and Corinne were super helpful in walking me through the insurance process even before the appointment. The owner, David Pierce, did a fabulous job on the repair, matching the paint in such a way that the car looks brand new! Our car was smashed in an accident right next to Pierce Collision, and Dave Pierce walked us through the whole process of leaving our car with him to be assessed by the insurance adjuster and getting a rental car while we waited for the insurance process to happen. The ladies in the office are funny and helpful, and they really turned what could have been a horrible experience into just an inconvenience.I can't give a review of their body work, but trustworthiness, personality, and customer service get five stars. If you're in an accident and need to have your vehicle towed someplace, Pierce is a great choice.

While it took a few weeks to get an appointment, the team walked me step by step on how to get a rental through insurance. They fixed the dents in a few days and to my delight detailed the car inside and out. They even took care of return of the rental car. The insurance estimate was low and they are taking care of getting the additional $$ direct from the insurance company. I only paid the estimate I had received. Would use them again for any other repair (I have a Tesla and was a bit nervous) and would recommend them to anyone in need of great service.

Above and beyond expertise, helpfulness and plain niceness. When I first went to Pierce there was a whole wall section covered with hand-written holiday cards thanking David, the front desk staff and the crew. I found them through someone who told me they took extra care to accomodate her disability. They are completely honest, telling me exactly what to expect, sticking to their estimates and always having my car ready within the given time frame. My old car came out looking brand new when they worked on it.

I've never had anything but great experiences with Pierce. Once I was rear ended, once I was sideswiped, and once I rear ended someone else, and you'd never know by the way my car looks after Pierce's team is done with it. I never have to deal with anything: Enterprise meets me there to give me a rental, they work directly with my insurance to get paid, I just drop my car off and pick it up. I recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

My 2022 Palisade had an encounter with a light pole but Pirce collision restored it to a like new condition. Everyone at Pierce collision was great. Big shout out to Dave especially. Thank you, Pierce!

Having hit another deer, I returned to Pierce collision yet again. For the 3rd time in a year they have returned to my Is car to pristine condition. The experience is seemless. And did I mention they do great work. You couldn't ask for better.

First time needing auto repair after an accident. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Corinne was amazing with communication and made everything as easy and stress free as possible. Service was awesome from start to finish. Repairs were impeccable. When I picked up my car, it was washed and super clean on the inside. Would definitely go here again if needed.
