I went to Pop Mart in the Natick Mall on a Saturday and there was no line at all. The staff were friendly and attentive. Plenty of The Monsters merch in stock, including Labubus. Store was clean and other customers were appropriately behaved. This was my first time visiting a physical Pop Mart and it was a smooth experience.
