We had a truly amazing experience with Tyson from PuroClean! He was able to help us with some mold remediation. He was very prompt and helpful in responding to our initial inquiries. He was also able to come do the work very quickly. He arrived early and was incredibly professional. He wore a mask for the entire visit. He was very straight with us and told us the project was smaller than any of us initially anticipated, helping us save a lot of money. Puroclean did an amazing job for us! What impressed me the most was their knowledge of mold and the overall process to clean it. They were extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. Erik the owner went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied and even guaranteed his work. Through out every step of the process, Erik took careful consideration of the cost to me as the homeowner, but made sure the end result was nothing less than perfect. Puroclean also had an impressive network of people to call for other aspects of our mold exposure including insurance negotiators, foundation guys, mold testers, etc. If we ever had another moisture issue, I wouldn't hesitate to call PuroClean again!Services: Water damage-related mold removal

Our toilet leaked and we needed some minor remediation. I called multiple places before connecting with PuroClean. Tyson and Erik are highly responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The estimate they provided was very reasonable and clear - and they stuck to it. They scheduled and performed the work quickly. I emailed PuroClean of Natick to provide a remediation quote for some mold in the attic of our house. Erik responded right away to my request for a quote and was able to come out the very next morning to inspect the attic. Upon inspecting the attic he explained that it was a minor problem that we could treat on our own with microbial spray. He very kindly sprayed the area for us on the spot and did not charge us anything for this service. I appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and generosity. PuroClean was our second quote. The first quote came in at $400! I highly recommend PuroClean if you are looking for a reliable and professional service provider.

I moved into a new house and ended up finding some mold down in the basement. With two young children, and no idea how to deal with mold, I called up the Natick PuroClean to come take a look. They (Tyson and Erik) were responsive, on time, and ultimately advised me that I could probably take care of the issue myself and showed me what i would need to do it. They could have easily taken care of it and charged me a ton (considering the scope of the project) but instead were upfront, honest, and ultimately extra helpful. The best I can do for them is let others know that if you call them up they are going to advise you well and look out for your best interests.Service: Water damage-related mold removal

Puroclean of Natick was called in by the insurance company to remove and remetiate mold in our kitchen and bath due to a tree falling on the house. They were very easy to deal with. Erik was professional and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. We had a small fire in our oven and the smoke left a terrible odor in our house. PuroClean arrived within hours of my call. They assessed the situation, explained our options and were ready to get right to work. They checked in every day and adjusted their tactics as the situation improved. If you are looking for a professional and reliable company for any remediation projects, look no further! With just a week from school starting, my staff and I walked into flooded classrooms. Panic obviously set in! As we contacted remediation companies, Erik (one of the owners) made it clear that they would do all they can to get out to us asap. And boy did they deliver! Erik and Tyson (both of the owners) arrived within a few hours of our call and got right to work removing water and evaluating all of the damage. They not only communicated during every step (we loved the daily recap emails!), but they also helped guide us for the next steps, even after they were done with their part of the work. Their dedication and focus to every detail from beginning to end of the project was evident and made a stressful situation much more manageable. The PuroClean of Natick team was awesome. After my water heater failed and leaked water all over my basement, PuroClean responded quickly (weekend afternoon!) and began drying and dehumidifying. They were very knowledgeable, totally thorough, and kept me in the loop during the whole process. I wish all businesses had that same commitment to customer service as PuroClean. Would definitely call these guys again if needed.

Last week, my sewer ejector pump failed and after calling my plumber, I made a quick call to Tyson from PuroClean. He quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem, found a solution, and was at my house 45 minutes later. The best part is that he saved me several hundred dollars in the cleanup process! Customer Service is the best. They treat your house and your property like it's their own.
