Puroclean did an amazing job helping to fix my bathroom after a water leak caused by the unit above mine. Nigel came in quickly to give me an estimate so that I didn’t have any trouble with my insurance company. Gage and Peter did a great job removing my ceiling. They even found another water leak that I was unaware of. I was able to have that repaired quickly after. Frankie was also helpful when checking the progress of the drying out process. Everyone was always on time and very professional. They made a stressful time a lot easier to manage. Nigel recommended BuildBak of Central MA to put in a new ceiling. They were fantastic as well. I highly recommend PuroClean.

From day one, they were a pleasure to work with—every member of the crew was friendly, professional, and respectful at all times. They didn’t just provide a service; they truly partnered with us throughout the process, making a very difficult situation much more manageable.
