They always come through in the clutch. All day long I have used them exclusively since 1983. I could not imagine how someone could rate them so low. Must be mental issues. Truth

Lousy company with lousy sales staff..They don't return calls, or emails..left me hanging weeks on hvac equipment; had to go elsewhere..This is why manufacturers shouldn't give exclusive distribution to companies...
